Green & Pietsch

Today was my second time here.
I am so very thankful for their whole staff.
I admittedly was that crazy person waiting for their phone lines to open; I promptly called at 7am and was greeted very politely and offered a same day (2 hours from then) appointment for my semi-​dental emergency.
The receptionist (Kathy?) is always just the sweetest and my dental technician was absolutely fantastic.
Dr Green is always thoughtful and listens to my every question.
I absolutely hate going to the dentist and I hate needles more than most things. I appreciate their patience with my fears.

Guess I am a little biased but Dr. Pietsch seems to be an outstanding dentist! The few fillings I have had were pain free. The bleaching trays seem to be working well based on my «how do you get your teeth so white» comments I recieve. The night guard was good but I’ve lost it again… The staff seem very professional always clearly explaining any treatment needed to include cost and how it relates to what is covered by my insurance. They are always on time, efficient, and thorough. Another cool thing about Dr. Pietsch is that she is always involved in some sort of continueing education. At these courses & study clubs she is kept current on all of the latest techniques to maintain healthy mouths for folks.

I mean, you’ve gotta go to the dentist may as well be here! I picked it based in its proximity and have been really happy with my choice (my husband and I have both seen him twice now). My hygienists have been very thorough and we never have to wait long to see the dentist (I do go first thing in the morning though). The office seems well run, they send reminders via email about appointments and can be flexible. I had to cancel appointment due to work and they called me the next week to offer me a spot that opened up rather than having to book a month out.
They also sent me a hand signed thank you can which I loved.

I’ve been a client of Dr. Green, Dr. Pietsch, and staff for the past 9+ years and love this office. I got a compliment on my teeth the other day and remembered that I wanted to leave a Unilocal review of my experience.
A little over a year ago, I inquired about Invisalign braces to straighten out my front teeth. Invisalign is Dr. Pietsch’s specialty and she helped me understand what they could and couldn’t accomplish and have an idea of what the result would look like via a computer simulation. I went ahead with the process and am very happy with the result.
Dr. Pietsch is expert at her field was very focused on my satisfaction with the end result. I wanted a slight alteration to further widen my bite toward the end of the program which was covered at no additional fee. During the process, there were no surprises in terms of treatment or costs, and I was very confident that I was in good hands the whole way through.
I’d also like to mention that also get my teeth cleaned here twice a year and think they have a very competent staff. They stay up to date on the latest equipment (I especially like the digital low-​radiation X-​Ray machine), and they have a holistic approach to dental care (my blood pressure and other vitals are checked every year or so).
I used to be very self-​concious of my smile, and now I no longer think about it. Thanks!

I like my teeth. They happen to be pretty useful for eating, which might be one of my favorite hobbies (did I say hobby? I know, my doctor will not be happy if she saw that :/​).
I also have never been traumatized by the dentist, and I suppose I can attribute that to my on and off again relationship with Dr. Green’s clinc. I say on and off, because my family’s dental provider was switched for a couple of years to this horrible place which insisted that once a year dental cleanings were acceptable (and no, this is not acceptable). Which is why my family and I were so happy to return back to Dr. Green’s new office in Wedgwood (before, it used to be on Sandpoint Way). Yay.
While I have known Dr. Green longer, Dr. Pietsch is also excellent and quite nice. I never specifically set an appointment when either are working, which is nice because I’m not playing Russian Roulette in the dentist’s chair.
The front desk is also fab! It’s funny, because at the end of the appointment, they always ask when my next appointment will be in six months. And since I don’t even know what I’m doing in two weeks, I always say I’ll call :) And when I do call, I’m usually able to get an appointment easily that’s relatively soon (but this is also cause I’m in school, so I have some flexibility. Otherwise, I don’t recommend my method).
While I know I always need to floss better, the hygenists get my teeth pretty clean and I’m always a sucker for the bag of goodies at the end– especially the flossing gadget.
I should also note that they referred me to a great oral and maxillofacial surgeon when I needed my wisdom teeth out (which I should probably review soon)!

I was experiencing a lot of sensitivity after a filling from another provider, and after that provider could not solve the problem I decided to give Dr. Pietsch a try and was blown away by her friendly and caring demeanor. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and professional. I even received a hand written thank you card from Dr. Pietsch herself! Couldn’t be happier with my new dentist!

I work in the medical industry and let me tell you, Dr. Pietsch is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. She is very proactive and gentle with my teeth, and she is a great communicator.
The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable about insurance and appointments. I had a friend visit from out of the country and he needed to see a dentist. Dr. Pietsch squeezed him into the schedule and helped him, even without insurance he was able to pay out of pocket.
The rates are competitive with industry standards, but the quality of care if second to none. I highly recommend Dr. Pietsch to anyone looking for a dentist.

I’m biased. Dr. Green has been my (single and only) dentist since I was five years old. I’m now 21. So, sure, I may not be experienced when it comes to how other dentists operate, but when you have someone who knows what they’re doing and takes as great care as Dr. Green does, why change? Ive never once felt the shot of anesthesia I have received from Dr. Green, and he’s fast, too: I was in and out in 45 minutes when I got my last two cavities filled. Not to mention all of his hygienists and desk staff are awesome– I believe most of them moved with him when he opened up his own private practice at his current location. Dr. Pietsch is also quick, professional, yet personal with clients-I’ve been seeing her recently, and she’s awesome! She’s also very fast and through with performing cavity fillings, and makes sure that patients are comfortable. Shout out to Dawn the dental assistant– she’s a riot!!!
Cleanings are thorough, efficient, and the hygienists are usually pretty good at making sure you can answer their questions when there aren’t instruments or fingers in your mouth.

I’ve had problems with dentists in the past where I felt they rushed through my visits and work that did need to be done was done carelessly. I recently visited Dr. Greene’s office for my routine cleaning. I found his staff professional and helpful. They didn’t rush through the appointment but didn’t leave me hanging either. It’s extremely important to find a good dentist that you can trust. I feel that Dr. Greene is both. I would highly recommend he and his staff.
