Please be aware and take heed; those who have Christina Lienenlueke as a Landlord must dutifully note the damages and the degrees of cleanliness before accepting tenancy to a indisputably and quite frankly a disgustingly acute point. This will require significant amount of pictures and videos from you, and signature from her, and I’d go ahead and have it notarized. Otherwise plan to be paying the piper for mandatory cleaning fees and yard work.

While we are happy where we live (Queen Anne), pay our rent in a timely manner and respect the home and our neighbors, I must agree with Kassandra B and her review below as Christina is rude and unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility for her actions or behavior. I have never experienced this type of behavior in any professional setting. It’s disappointing and unfortunate that the owner is unaware of the type of person that is handling their property.
For whatever reason the above review I wrote 2 years ago just posted. To update, the situation got worse. If you rent any property from Ms Lienenlueke be sure to take «before» photos of the property as you will need them when you move out but I highly recommend not using her services as there are many others out there who would provide professional service. We had to fight to get back our deposit and she tried to make us pay for things we did not do. It was when I was able to show the before photos and deal with the manager/​owner at her agency that we did we not have to pay. It was things like she claimed we «broke the baseboards» in one of the bedrooms and that when we moved in they were «brand new» I had photos of that room showing cracked old baseboards when we first toured the property. She claimed we left the deck a mess, again I had photos of when we moved in and photos the day we moved out showing we left it in much better condition than when we moved in. Just take photos and lots of them and document all of your dealings with her I would even record phone calls as no one will believe how rude this woman is unless they hear it for themselves. I can assure you in the end you will need all of it. What a nightmare.
