Julie N.

Business Owner

With 26 years of experience, Julie still brings new ideas and innovation to her office and is focused, visionary and able to inspire others. She has created an atmosphere based upon mutual respect and works hard to ensure that every agent receives the support, encouragement and accountability they need to truly excel. She has earned both the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) and the Council of Residential Brokers (CRB) designations, making her one of the few Realtors in the nation to have achieved both. In 1997, she became the full-​time managing broker of the Mercer Island Office of Windermere Real Estate and, in 2000, the company’s owner.

Julie is a true problem solver who brings years of experience to the table to help craft a solution to almost any challenge. She approaches conflict with a calm, stable demeanor and helps her agents and their clients navigate challenging transactions successfully, leaving everyone feeling heard and creating win-​win resolutions.
