Kettlebell training has been proven to improve coordination, agility, lower heart rate and blood pressure, has a low injury rate, improves body composition, and most importantly is known as one of the most effective means of strength development.

I have studied Kettlebell training, human anatomy, program design, exercise physiology and kinesiology.
