CEO & Founder Jerome «Rome» Manglona is an independent musician that has grown to understand the music industry as songwriter and producer. Writing a record that caught the attention of three major labels, Rome believes that with Empir3 Music Group and the EMG team behind it, he can provide the outlet for other up & comers to record their next hit and make their dreams come true!

From Band and Vocal Ensemble in High School to a Songwriter and Recording Artist of today, Jerome Manglona developed a passion for the art of music. At the age of 15, Jerome composed, arranged, and wrote his first record titled, «Meant To Be”(Unreleased) and that was the birth of «Rome». Stylistically, a taste of old school meets new school in a collaboration of genres such as R&B, Pop, Hip-​Hop, and Acoustic. Lyrically, Rome writes each line through life experiences. Rome has performed in various venues in the Seattle area, small and big. «The studio and the stage is where I am most comfortable», states Rome. As a Writer and Recording Artist, the raw talent and hard work is evident! This is where Empir3 Music Group (EMG) comes in. EMG was created by Rome to complete the vision in his music career.
