Rude & unfriendly employees… Gave me the wrong bagel sandwich, so I had to walk back three blocks UPHILL(while pregnant) to exchange it for what I had actually ordered. When I asked for a refund, they said all they could do was give me the original bagel I had ordered and offered me a free cookie. Very disappointed, and not going back to this location.

This chain of bagel stores has a decent product which in my experience does not vary from shop to shop. If you are looking for a bagel this is a good option. The product is okay. It’s not NYC quality or artisan quality, but it clearly is a bagel. Chewy. The experience is that you stand in line and order from a menu posted on the wall. The bagels, and there are many kinds to choose from, are right in front of you in baskets, making it an experience to decide what to get. Then you walk down the counter and pay. You stand and they hand your order to you in a bag. Then you walk to grab a seat and chow down.

Now that’s what I call service! Their system was down and instead of turning people away they gave u your order for free! Delicious food and wonderful service! Thank you!

I used to look forward to coming here each morning for the frosted sugar cookie, tea and customer service but it has gone downhill lately. The cookies don’t taste or look the same the same. There is no flavor to them, the frosting looks like it has been poured on and no sprinkles. I got a six cheese bagel this morning and t here is no cheese and it tastes like it wasn’t cooked completely. Three used to be three fantastic guys working the early morning shift and they came to know my name and order. And what is with hot water after you get the tea bag?!

I come here quite often. This place is close to work for morning coffee and breakfast sandwich to start off my day. My favorite morning sandwich is the Santa Fe. It is tasty and has a little kick. Coffee is bottomless by the way. The best part of this place is its staff. They are super nice, friendly and always do the right thing for customers! Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Quick service and still had time to explain an item on the menu for me without feeling like I hassled the lady. They were able to accommodate my no cheese on a pizza bagel and it still came out amazing and nice and hot. It also came with a side and to my surprise a pickle slice. Completely surpassed my expectations! Thank you!

Nick at the check out was very friendly and made sure everyone has a good experience. Never noticed before but the music is exceptionally loud during lunch, maybe I am getting old… I’m trying to hear my music through my headset but I’ve given up.

Normally I love this place but today they sucked. I came in to order: 1 untoasted cinnamon bagel with schmear 1 toasted Asiago bagel with butter Not so hard, right? The order taker looked at me like I was insane and asked me to repeat my order THREE times. Even after that, she entered the untoasted bagel as toasted on the receipt. Not a big deal, so I didn’t say anything. When I left the shop and opened my bag, however, I realized that not only did they fail to toast either of the bagels, they put a SHITTON of schmear which I HATE(there’s a reason I didn’t order it on my bagel, folks) on my Asiago bagel. I was so disappointed. I only get to come here about once a month and it’s one of the only things I look forward to about having to go downtown, but after this I won’t be going back.

I have a bagel sandwich addiction and since I just move to seattle and it was past 2pm and this place was open till 5 or so. Came and got a sandwich and so yeah i order and it comes with a side(I pick fruit) and comes out to be $ 10.40 damn. I am not at berkley bagel anymore where I used to get them for under $ 5 sadface. It was super good just pricey and I didnt really need the fruit and it was like a super small portion. But unlike that guy complaining about them not cutting his bagel mine was cut all the was through. So yeah if you wanna drop $ 10 on a bagel then this place is for you :)

If you are into seafood and like new things, try the lox bagel sandwich with a hot coffee. Their service was great and they were busy and apologized sweetly for forgetting to give us out coffee cups. The noise and traffic was usual for a city location. They have a good variety on their menu without overcrowding and confusion. Pretty simple variety and choices and totally customizable for you picky eaters! So whether you love bagels and cream cheese or just coffee. This is a great place for a lunch date

I’m actually eating a Nova Lox bagel right now, making loud groaning noises that sound rather inappropriately provocative and contorting my face into expressions of joy and pleasure, which I am sure is scaring my coworkers. I just got back from my first experience at the Einstein Bros Bagel company and I am very pleased! As I said, I ordered the Nova Lox sandwich and I also ordered an onion bagel with green onions & chive spread for my coworker. The girl who took my order was very friendly and sweet, and the transaction was smooth and painless. Considering that I arrived at around 9:45am, I was surprised at how empty it was! Granted, as I waited for the food, several other people arrived, ordered, and left, so I have a feeling more people take-out their food than eat in(as I did). However, the interior is actually very spacious and welcoming, so I could actually see sitting down and eating a meal here! Obviously, the Nova Lox bagel is delicious. Just the right amount of smoked salmon and cream cheese, and CAPERS! The onion bagel was very good as well, from what I hear down the hall. I’ll definitely return, and having to walk uphill several blocks from our office gives me the pleasant illusion that I am burning off enough calories to justify what I’m buying.

Got the Nova Lox bagel and it was delicious! The price seems high for just a bagel but I think it’s on par with being a downtown location, as well as overhear cost. All in all, the bagel kept me more than full, and that’s what I was looking for. The winning points are the service! It’s great! They happily greeted us and even brought the food to us. The lady behind the counter was also very knowledgeable about the different types of bagels, and their dishes. I can definitely see myself being a regular here!

Disclaimer #1: I never actually visited the location. We magically get bagels at work every Friday and I know they come from Einstein Bros. Disclaimer #2: I really can’t tell the difference between most of the bagels from Noah’s vs. the same bagels from Einstein Bros. but I can tell the difference between either of those and the soggy grocery story bagels in plastic sleeves. The bagels from Einstein Bros. are the real deal. At least for the most part. We recently started getting jalapeño cheddar bagels and spinach cheese bagels and they are both«interesting». Rather than being a bagel ring they are more of a bagel slab and the weight of their toppings sort of compresses/collapses everything. Not bad tasting, but pretty dense. I tend to overlook this because jalapeño cheddar bagels are jalapeño cheddar bagels.

Since the changeover to Einstein, I rarely go here. I was a fan of Noah’s but for some reason, it all felt different to me after the change. In my office, we routinely grab a pack of bagels and smears for meetings and such. I was here last week and I have to say, customer service was a bit friendlier than before. A group of us went in for a carb induced breakfast. My favorite is the Asiago bagel, toasted, with salmon smear. The bagel was soft, chewy, and warm, which was perfect for the cold day. The smear was creamy and complimented the bagel well. Aside from selling standard bagels they do bagel sandwiches, wraps, pre-cut fruit, and more! You also have your selection of coffees in hot pots as well as fountain drinks and bottled ones. They also sell dog bagels(I’m not sure if anyone buys them but they have them). The coffee is okay. I’d recommend taking your bagel upstairs in City Hall to visit City Grind(fantastic coffee and service). It’s a kiosk but there are tables to sit at as well. When dining in, I’ve always been partial to the little nook where you can people watch facing the street. Something comforting about watching busy downtowners bustle to and fro while you sip your beverage and munch on a bagel.

I love this place! The selection of bagels is huge! $ 6.50 for any choice of bagel as a sandwich and a side of chips, which is a decent lunch price. My favorite part was the employees. They are always super kind and have smiles on their faces. One of them came by to take my empty sandwich dish which i didn’t expect from a non sit down place. Give it a try because you’ll get a tasty lunch coupled with a kind crew!

Looking for a «Lite» Breakfast option around town this morning, and I should have kept looking. Advertised as a Thin Bagel Sandwich with Egg Whites and Asparagus and mush it was over toasted and tasted more like a cracker. The veggies where overcooked… And it was over 5 dollars.

I order delivery from this location several times a year as I coordinate breakfast and lunch at my office. I have to say that every time they have delivered everything came as ordered and I didn’t find anything wrong with the quality of the food received. The bagels were nice and crisp on the outside and moist and fluffy on the inside. The pastries have always been well received by my coworkers and the bagel sandwiches go over pretty well with the crew. The delivery is always on time and their staff has been courtesy when delivering and when I have gone into the store to grab a quick bite to eat before work. Wish they had Egg Bagels though… those are my favorites.
