the contact info on this profile is out of date, i think. the actual center is located in the Wallingford Good Shepard Center.
the DRC does mediations and over-​the-​phone telephone resolution. some services are free, some (divorce mediations) charge a sliding scale fee. it’s volunteer-​staffed.
a lot of it gets down to what you put into it. if you are willing to call to check in on your cases, willing to plan ahead for the dates and times you want to mediate, and have another party (whoever you are in a dispute with) willing to participate, it could go very well. lacking those things, it may not go anywhere.
