Established in 2004.

David began as a professional psychic and hypnotherapist in Los Angeles CA, then the beauty of the Pacific Northwest enticed him to move. Seattle then became his home in 2006.

Having always been gifted with a sensitivity hat runs in his family, David’s psychic abilities grew and expanded as he adventured into the unseen realms of energy, thought and information. Using a perspective that is grounded in our modern age, David teaches his courses on 7th Sense Living and Psychic Gym, and uses examples, anecdotes and scientific references to clarify the natural side of the seeming supernatural world of psychic abilities and mediumship.

David is simply amazing! I have always been hesitate to get a reading. But, David changed all that for me. His impeccable clarity … Allowed me to get the answers U needed to make some ‘fabulous’ choices that improved my relationship ten fold.
If you are hesitate, like I was, stop! Call David he will create safety and genuine insights to discover what is there for you to know.

I think it’s interesting how this guy writes a response so long after the fact (I just read his response today and he never reached out to me). If you check out my other reviews… I’m not a negative guy… just honest. I hate to see people get ripped off just like so many of the other reviewers here on Unilocal,hence my motivation in writing about my experience with Mr. Zarza.

David is very nice and very calming to be around but my friend and I went to a group reading and he couldn’t have been further off on both of us. He seemed to kind of hit on one person that was there but out of 6 of us not very good odds. I have read great reviews of him and was looking forward to going but was very disappointed. Perhaps he was having an off night. I am glad we only paid the group rate because if it had been for a one on one session for $ 250 I would have been really upset.

I have always been interested in seeing a psychic, but never actually acted upon it until I moved to Seattle, where everyone seems to be going to psychics regularly. :)
I found David on Unilocal,and went to him seeking some guidance about the path I’m on, to answer some questions I have had throughout my life, and to receive closure on something that has been bothering me for many years. David was able to address all of these. I was extremely impressed with his ability to see details of my life — such as, what my childhood bedroom looked like and what a stuffed animal I used to have looked like; what a person close to me looks like; and, specific details regarding the state of a loved one’s health. All of this without being told a thing by me. (I was not at all skeptical going into my session, but if I had been, this would have convinced me that David was the real deal.)
I left my session with David feeling a sense of calm, closure, and clarity that I have never felt before. That was about two months ago, and I still feel the same way.
I recommend David without hesitation — in fact, I recommended him to someone close to me, and she had a similarly fantastic experience. I will definitely be paying David a visit again.

I’ve been wanting to type this review for weeks now, not sure what I want to share or what I’d rather hold dear to my heart for my acknowledgment. I’d known about David for months before I reached out and connected with him. I believe it was meant for me to wait, as months after I discovered David — my best friend passed away unexpectedly. 6 weeks later, David and I decided to connect on a Thursday afternoon in August of this year. David has a disposition that made me instantly comfortable, as though I was speaking with an old friend. David is an old soul, for sure. We were able to connect with my friend — David began telling me things about my relationship with my best friend that only Jason and I knew. Jason was able to give me messages — there is no way that David could have known these things. This was shocking and left me speechless throughout most of the connection. David was even able to give me details about my friend’s passing — details only my friend’s parents knew. This helped add much needed peace and understanding to my loss. (I was able to confirm these details with my friend’s Mom at a later date.) Death is a natural process, though it’s never easy to say goodbye to loved ones, especially when it is so unexpectedly. David has a gift of helping connect to the other side. Our loved ones have only changed forms — they are still with us, knowing the happenings of our lives. I still feel my best friend around me daily, but with David’s help — I’m able to pay attention and listen to the details a little better instead of brushing it off.
There are no words to express my gratitude to David. He presented himself with much compassion, thoughtfulness and integrity. I plan to have many more sessions with him for as long as he will allow. David Zarza is amazing and I’m thankful that he was given a gift to help others. Love him!!!

This is a difficult review to write because it is so personal. I found David out of pure desperation. My dear brother unexpectedly passed away this summer and in my grief and shock I was looking for something, something I didn’t know what but something. Somehow through searching I found David’s website and I made an appointment. I have been to psychics many years ago but more for guidance and not for something like this. I am not comfortable going into the details of my meeting with David but I can honestly say I found comfort in meeting with him. He knew things no one could possibly know and was able to help me process some of what has happened. He also let me know to watch for something that my brother was going to do to let me know he is still here — and it happened that same afternoon.
My meeting with David was very valuable for me and has definitely helped through this process of losing someone so close who I love so much. When I am having a particularly hard day I think of the meeting and the things David was able to communicate to me and it helps ease some of the pain.

I have been to a number of psychics in my years, but this guy is one of the best, if not the best. First of all he’s low key, personable and kind. Second of all, he’s really, really talented and skilled.
I went to a ‘salon’ which is a group reading with five other people, which I found under ‘meetups’ in Seattle. David made comments about personal relationships in my family which were pointed and accurate, not in the general category that could apply to anyone. Then I booked a private reading. That was amazing too. Today I called for a phone consult to get his impressions of someone who had popped up in my life after an absence of six years. When I asked about the person who had reappeared, all I said was that someone I had a tumultuous relationship with in the past had shown up again and I wondered what David saw. He said «is he in — — — -?» (profession withheld, but he had it dead on). Then he said, in effect, «he’s not in direct service, is he a public —– administrator?» Again, even more dead on… Then he went on to describe at length the dynamics that were operating, and to encourage me to follow my own intuitive feelings in regard to the situation.
I also asked about something coming up within the family, and David had wise counsel, and some helpful psychic info to be prepared for certain events which will probably occur.
My own impressions of David are that he’s absolutely honest about what he can help with and what he can’t. He sees images when he taps into wherever he gets his information, and shares those images with you, and the images he’s shared have been powerful and have spelled out more to me than David could even interpret.
He’s well worth the money…
