Yesterday, I met with Darleen! I schedule my appointment 40 minutes before I wanted to come in and needless to say, she’s amazing and rushed on over and met me!
This was my second time coming to here first time she was completely right. Spot on about everything.
I came to her again yesterday for clarity and for someone to guide my way.
She brought up a lot of things in my life which is true. She was reading her cards and she was telling me everything that has been going on with me. Again, I’m amazed. She is such a wonderful person and I look forward on having reading with her again in the near future!
She is my favorite psychic and I have seen a lot this week due to the issues I’m facing.
****Had another reading with her recently and I must say she brings so much clarity into my life. She is my go to girl and I can not stress his enough how amazing she is! She gets into so much detail about my situation and gives me hope that I thought I lost.

Lived here over 10 years. Been to her twice. Both times she was right on. She’s always booked and usually runs over time with people so she gets late. There will always be people you can’t please, and their perception is their reality. Notice no one mentioned she does not possess psychic gifts. Just because you lack the ability to stand up and politely close the session, that is only a reflection of you, not her. Have the good grace to accept your part in your «complaint». Life is messy and graciousness a must or you will only survive and be miserable. If you can live up to the standards you have set for everyone around you then you are special indeed. But I doubt it.

Loved the reading with Darleen. Very accurate in everything she said, and she gave me great advise for my situation. The place is easy to find and she was right on time.
I felt safe at all times and the environment was super peaceful.

I am blown away. A girlfriend of mine recommended Darlene. I have a lot going on in my life as of lately, and none of it has been positive and I just needed some clarity.
I gave Darlene my name, date of birth, where and time. Immediately she asked me about a Taurus in my life. He is basically the reason I called. She had some dead-​on information about us. How and where he is in his life and what he is feeling, what we both are feeling. She even read more into the day and time of our first date, and the stars where aligned. Sadly, we don’t have a true outcome of this man in my life but we both think that I want more out of a relationship than what he can give.
She also knew of a betrayal at my job that recently took place. She shows that another job is on the horizon. She also asked me if I liked the mountains, and asked if I was thinking about relocating to NC — which I have been contemplating Charlotte for years. This gave the both of us goosebumps.
She also mentioned my parents’ infidelity issues and how I am trying not to carry that into my life. And also that I have been thinking about publishing a book, and offered more guidance with that in the future.
Darlene was definitely spot-​on with my harsh and quick tongue — Scorpio traits. And she was spot on with my recent past and current.
I just hope I can make it past the next 2.5 years as she promises it will get better and I will see a dramatic change in my life — as in what I am attracted to now vs then.

one year later, I come back to see what I wrote. One update: I do work in Bellevue right now, that means the east side? Probably. All in all, I like it, but hope the price can drop a little.

I did not tell her any background about me. And waiting for her to talk.
1) She can hear things I am struggling most about. The things I never told and will tell anybody. That just makes me realzed if she can know my mind, how can I expect to cover things under my God, or Buddha.
2) She told me to pay attention about the east side. and my fiancé about Singapore. I will pay attention to that
3) I always blame my parents not loving me and felt so lonely most of the time. Of cours I did not tell her. She told me my astrology result feels like my life similar to an orphant. At that moment, I just realzed that everything has already arragned. Why blame my patents anymore? If they dont know how to love their family, I will just love them and let them learn.

Overall, this was a very expensive, ethically-​questionable experience. The session didn’t even begin when it was scheduled, as she let us in (late, the door was locked?), and then left for about ten minutes. When she returned, she made a call to another client. So here we are, 15 minutes after we’re supposed to start… and she barrels into incomprehensible astrological jargon. Obviously a newcomer won’t understand the significance, but this was at a head-​spinning rate: transitioning from one topic to another at light speed. And then, during the session the phone rang … and she answered it!
But, the absolute worst part of the experience? The 30 minute alarm chimed off and we went to leave, but she kept talking. And talking. And weaving in conversation to bring us back to our seats and keep listening, even though we were standing, waiting. After 55 minutes, she decided that since we opted to stay, we actually owed a full hour’s payment! $ 150 later, and we walked out with the worst taste in our mouths: do yourself a favor and set your own timer. Walk out promptly before she convinces you that «she’s too generous too often» and demands double the payment you expect. BAD BUSINESS!

It looks like some folks gave this a 1-​star review because they got lost. For me, the obscure location in the underbelly of Pikes Market is a huge plus! I wouldn’t trust a psychic located in a strip mall next to the local Walgreens. Walking down the wooden ramp to the less frequented 3^rd floor next to all the little gypsy stores really sets the mood.
The reading itself was a ton of fun. Who doesn’t like to hear positive stuff about yourself? I found it to be creepy accurate. She seemed great at intuiting problem areas in the body and she was really knowledgeable about astrology. I would go in there knowing your exact time of birth for a more accurate astrology read. I would not go in there expecting to get winning lotto ticket numbers or expecting her to read your mind.
Overall, fun experience and I would totally recommend to a tourist to add to their pike place market experience.

First I was waiting for 1h longer… regardless I had an appointment. Then she started talking about her life… private stuff for 30min. I end up paying for hearing her complicated private life.
Never ever will get back there!

I saw Darlene back in August 2014 and I still reflect on the card and astrology reading every day. She has helped me more than ever on my life journey. I was always scared to «have my future told», but she provides insight to yourself, a perfect guide/​counselor really. I did my research on where to go and I’m so glad I chose Darlene. It was truly meant to be and such a great experience. I wish I could have her as a daily inspiration! In researching you will find it can be costly for a true tarot/​astrology reading but it is all worth it. Every day I find myself saying wow, she said this in my reading! Go see her at Pike Place and you’ll walk out feeling more enlightened than ever.

Although I had always wanted to have a reading, I went to this appointment with some hesitation. All psychics/​mediums use very loose language that could describe anyone, right? Within 30 seconds of sitting down, Darleen told me that she felt a lump in my neck as she grabbed the left side of her neck under her ear. I have a lymph node in that exact spot that does swell up slightly (not to the point of being visible) from time to time and just happened to be swollen that morning. Then she said she felt pain in my ovaries and asked if anything was going on. I explained that I have POS. Next, she said she could feel pain in my jaw. On my last cleaning, my dentist commented on how he’s noticing that I am grinding my teeth and during times of stress, I often wake up with a sore jaw. Finally, she said she was feeling something on the left side of her chest. The place she touched on herself was the same place I had had a tumor removed two months ago. These things were all too specific to be coincidence. I immediately felt that I could trust everything she would say.
Darleen is so warm and compassionate. I felt very comfortable, even when discussing sensitive subjects. Anxiety over life circumstances was completely alleviated after my time with her. She is a gifted counselor who provides insight that allows someone to inform their life path. I look forward to future sessions with Darleen!

AMAZING.
One of the most incredible, intuitive, and honest readings I have ever experienced. She was able to give me insight to my current relationship, but most importantly helped me understand the importance of cutting ties and letting go. I love her honesty and forthrightness. She wasted no time. Of course Darleen is an impressive astrologist and medium, but also an amazing spiritual counselor. I highly recommend her.

Darleen is a wonderful psychic who truly wants to help. She did a couple of readings for me using cards and birth charts. She was able to see a lot and give me a lot of loving and kind advice on areas that needed healing and some suggestions on how to do so. She told me one thing that meant nothing to me and I would have assumed she was wrong. Later after my first reading this person she described presented themselves to me and it was then that I realized she wasn’t off, I just had not met the person yet.
For those that say she is unprofessional I would say she is grounded, patient, and does not seem to let things that cannot be controlled bother her. Given her profession I found her to be extremely professional. You can tell this is a gift that she loves to share and she will not use any weaknesses she discovers in your reading to try and get you to purchase expensive psychic cures which some will do.
I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a legitimate psychic that is also a pleasure to visit.

Hope to return again soon. A splurge, cost-​wise, but worth it. Very intuitive. Not super organized or schedule-​driven, but very talented in her skill set.
I can see how people find it difficult to find. It’s in the Farmer’s/Producer’s market building. Street level is Level 5, and Darleen is on level 3, so 2 floors under street level. North end of this building. In layman’s terms, take the stairs to the right the fish throwers, go down one level (Level 4), walk North down the hall until you get to your next staircase that will take you to Level 3. Continue walking North until you reach the end of the building.

This was an amazing reading. I went in thinking, I don’t want to say anything to her and not give her any indication, to see if whatever she was going to say was true, and oh boy… she hit on a lot of realistic events that have taken place in my life. I would characterize her as a spiritual reader and would see her again. On another note, I got there 30 minutes early because of other reviews saying they had a hard time finding it, but I found it in 10 – 15 minutes… she was located on the 3 level in the 330 unit.

I had a 2 hour long reading on Christmas Eve with Darleen. She came into the store to meet with me on what is practically a holiday which was really cool. I had planned on a 1 hour reading but ended up staying for 2 hours because I just couldn’t stop listening and talking with her. she knew so much! Not only did I get a great Tarot reading, but I also had an amazing astrology reading from her as well. I was so happy to have an astrology conversation with someone who knew even more about astrology than me! She also offered me to do a compatibility astrology chart as a follow up which was also really cool. Great reading. I would definitely go back again. Also I love the fact that her store is in Pike Place Market — one of my favorite places in Seattle to go.

My boyfriend and I came to Christopher’s Lamp for a couples astrology reading last month and we loved it! Darlene knew so many charming details about us but what really struck me was the sincerity and truth with which she revealed many difficult subjects.
She seemed like a spiritual guide or counselor for the both of us and helped to answer questions from our relationship.
She also made a few predictions that have already come true!
Her manner is warm and she definitely knows her trade well. Her room is located on the bottom-​most floor of Pike Place Market and is seemingly tucked away into a private corner. I really liked the location because it made our time together quiet and personal, considering what a busy day was going on upstairs in the market.
I have already suggested Darlene to many friends and I would definitely recommend her.

P. S. I am not very familiar with Pike Place Market, but my boyfriend and I HAD NO TROUBLE finding Christopher’s Lamp. We went right to the information booth by the entrance and followed the signs in the market.

Darleen is AMAZING. I have been seeing Darleen for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed. Darleen has a keen intuition and pays attention to details, not only is she a gifted psychic but she is also very gifted counselor and has a great personality to boot. Going to her is a pleasant experience and I always leave feeling happier. This is a highly intelligent, educated woman, who has studied her craft for a very long time and takes it very seriously. She truly cares about her clients, they are not just a business deal to her but people. She is very compassionate and kind, and will make time for her clients. The first time I saw her, I paid for a one hour reading, and went during a time in my life where I was really stressed and our time ran over quite a bit and Darleen didn’t even charge me extra for that. She took her time and was compassionate and extremely helpful. I can tell that she is in this business because its her calling and she truly loves helping people. She is using her gift to help people and guide them.
ALL of The predictions and things she told me occurred, it was amazing she was SPOT ON. She predicted that an aquaintance of mine would meet her future husband within the next week. This woman was in her 50’s and never thought she would ever marry and That HAPPENED. Those two have been happily married now for 15 years and even invited Darleen and I to their house one evening. Darleen also spoke about my brother’s record deal in great detail, down to the month it was offered and signed. She also predicted when my next boyfriend would come into my life, she warned me he would be a leo and be very lazy and financially take advantage of me, amongst other precise details. A few months after I saw her, I met «the lazy leo» and everything she warned me about happened. She described my ex to a T and her warnings were all valid.
Her insights into my life through out the years have been 100 percent accurate, she described important people in my life in great detail from their personality traits, their professions, physical traits, names etc, their family dynamics with their parents etc. (And I never mentioned any details about my life to her). I am extremely impressed with Darleen and I am very picky about what kind of psychic I will spend my money on. I have seen psychics through out my life and without a doubt she is the BEST psychic I have seen!

I went to Christopher Lamp yesterday afternoon and it was one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had. She knew everything about my life — my career, my family, my past and present experiences. She completely described the person I am dating — his physical appearance, his job. She even saw who I was having dinner with that evening. The reading was so good that I did my chart reading right after the tarot cards.
It was such a powerful experience. I should have been scared on how accurately she could see the details of my life; however, she is such a loving person that she made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Darleen. It’s worth the money I paid. I plan on going to her again. If you do the tarot cards, I recommend shuffling them for yourself and really allow yourself to be completely open to the experience. I noticed that if I was resisting in anyway during the reading, it was the time she couldn’t see things clearly with my life.

I want to share my experience with Darleen because it was nothing short of amazing. I stumbled upon her while on vacation with my girlfriend in Seattle. I thought it would be entertaining for my girlfriend to experience her first reading.
Darleen did a joint reading that was very intense, surprising, honest, and eye-​opening. She instantly connected with us and read things that we never even saw coming. The fact is that she helped prepare us for a very difficult situation we were about to face and I’m sure that her insight helped us immensely. =) I met Darleen when I was walking around Pike Place market in 2006 I think. I had no idea what I was in for — nothing short of the most amazing reading a person could give. What I love most about her readings is that she doesn’t give you what you want to hear, she gives it to you right. I mean, I believe in truth, and doing the right things for ourselves and to others. And forgiveness — so all important. Those are the things that are most helpful in Darleen’s readings. Then there’s her mind boggling clairvoyance. Or how she can tune in to your body and know what hurts where — without even seeing you.
