Description

Specialties

A corretto is an Italian term for «corrected coffee», whereby a shot of liquor, usually grappa or amaro, is added to fresh espresso for an instant pick me up. At Corretto we have sourced some of the best coffee in the city (Slate), which when paired with the many Italian Amaros available, you won’t find a more satisfying late night cocktail.

At Corretto, we bring you this marriage of coffee and liquor with interesting, modern corretto twists and a wide selection of amaro and grappa.

Our kitchen serves fresh pastas and house made raviolis using the best local and imported ingredients from Italy we can source.

We want to be a part of your neighborhood experience and hope you join us soon – be it for coffee, cocktails, a glass of wine on our patio, or dinner with friends.

Grazie Mille!

History

Established in 2014.

Located inside of what used to be Panevino, we are so proud to be a part of such a vibrant and diverse community in upper Capitol Hill. Since taking over Panevino in early March, and now with our official launch as Corretto on April 10th, we have so much gratitude to this community for embracing us and we look forward to giving back to our community in as many ways as we can.

Having honeymooned in Italy, Italian food and wine will always have a special place in my heart. I can’t wait to show you what we’ve done to the former Panevino spot and how we have retained it’s charm with a new spin on late night and one of a kind craft cocktails.
