Canine Motion provides a variety of services for you and your pet. I specialize in trips to the off leash dog park, on leash private walks and kennel free boarding in my home. Boarding is limited to only one or two dogs at a time.

I was certified as a veterinary assistant at the Bellingham Technical college in 2003 were I received training in pet first aid, CPR and behavior among other things. I worked for 2 years as a dog obedience trainer and enjoy doggy sports such as agility and sheep herding.

History

Established in 2005.

Canine Motion started in 2005 when I was stuck living in an apartment with no canine friends. I started watching friend’s dogs as a hobby and it quickly rolled into a full time job. I adopted my first dog Pepper in 2006 and a year later Odie my pug was adopted. They are my faithful coworkers and come along with me every day.

Hi! My name is Michelle and I am the owner/​operator of Canine Motion. I am originally from Whatcom County. I first moved to Seattle in 1999, but moved back to Bellingham to go to school, then eventually back to Seattle in 2005. I also married my husband Eric in 2005. Together we own two dogs and two cats and live in north Seattle.
