I’ve only dealt with Tiffany at this office on the phone but she is amazing. I just moved here and needed to get my insurance switched over and add on a renter’s policy. She was really knowledgeable and kind. Tiffany made sure I had everything I needed and understood it all as well. I just called there with a question about my bill and she remembered me and asked how my new job was going. Amazing customer service!!!

Nothing but excellent customer service here. From my initial conversation with Art through the ongoing communication with and assistance from Tiffany (assistant office manager/sales rep), I’ve felt like a valued PERSON, not just a customer. Tiffany has been a huge help – explaining different processes to me and always following up immediately on voicemails I leave after hours. When I moved to the Northwest about a year and a half ago, it was the first time I had to insure a vehicle – with so many options I had no idea where to start. I’m thrilled that my partner found Brian Schiffer’s StateFarm office when we first moved to West Seattle and I look forward to continuing to utilize their services in the future.

I’m giving Brian Schiffer’s office branch of State Farm 5 stars, but not necessarily 5 for State Farm itself, although I’ve been pretty happy with the company as a whole. I’ve used Schiffer’s branch for 8 years now and stayed with them when I moved out of the area because I’d had such great service with them, specifically from the administrative assistant Julia (this woman really knows her stuff as do many insurance office «assistants»). She is really on the ball with calling back promptly, researching quotes, helping file claims or deciding whether or not to do so, and is just plain pleasant to work with – such a relief in an industry that has a reputation of being a pain in the arse. Insurance is one of those things you pretty much have to have if you’ve a car or house (renting or owning) but it is often something people give just about as much scrutiny in selection as they do a gas station at first glance. If you are in the market for a new insurance agent, you might want to give this branch a shot.
