History

Established in 2002.

Les McAuliffe and Frank Fabens have been working as carpenters and contractors individually since 1996. I 2002 they merged and formed Beacon Remodeling and Restoration, LLC. From that time on they have focused the business mission on the remodeling of residential and light commercial structures. Frank and Les have maintained Beacon Remodeling as a small company as it allows them more intimate involvement on each project they endeavor.

Business Owner

My experience comes from a lifetime of exposure to different aspects of the building industry. It started in 1960 when I would go with my Dad to help in my grandfathers hardware store in New Bedford, Massachusetts.

After graduating with a Master of Fine Arts Degree from college I went on to work designing and installing zoo exhibits and water features around the country. With the advent of a family, traveling around the country became less desirable and I turned my attention to the more intimate experience of residential remodeling.
