Description

Specialties

Assaggio Ristorante, established in 1993, offers bold, fresh flavors highlighting North — Central Italian Cuisine. The décor brings you right to the Sistine Chapel with Michelangelo Inspired art covering the walls and high ceilings. The ambience boasts the highest quality food paired with the very well priced wine list in a hustle bustle environment of a busy trattoria.

History

Established in 1993.

Assaggio, meaning «to taste», was created from a dream Chef-Proprietor Mauro Golmarvi had in his youth. The entire restaurant from the high ceilings to the Michelangelo-inspired art on the walls were recreated to match the image he dreamt of years before.
