We just got five new Hunter Douglas blinds for our loft condo in Belltown, two of which were really big & challenging. We worked with Jordan on the quotes and selection. He was just great, getting us into exactly what we wanted. Then their installer Lars came out, did measurements and 3 weeks later came back to install them. Everything went smoothly and the blinds look great and meet our expectations. We got 3 other quotes and Apex came out ahead in terms of working with us, keeping us informed, keeping to the schedule and installing everything properly. Great service. Great job!

Jordan was very easy to do business with and the overall experience has been great from beginning, through pricing, and then install.
We wanted to install some Hunter Douglass woven woods blinds — we did not know exactly which ones, so we also wanted to take a look at a few samples. At first, we were only looking at 2 bedrooms in order to get a sense for the price & process. We called up 3 of the blinds/​window decoration companies top rated by Unilocal and compared both on price, but also on fine print charges, speed of install & overall service throughout the process and post-​install.
While the other vendors were nice, they moved a bit slower than Jordan (I had to pull teeth to get quotes — it took 2 – 3 weeks just to see some ballpark numbers), and they assumed that they would find something in their inventory to satisfy us, without trying to win our business — and help us get better sleep at night… sooner.
Jordan had a quick turn-​around and a very detailed view into what we can expect in terms of cost & next steps. We ended up choosing Apex because of the simple view into what they charged for, responsiveness, and time to install. Mike (?), who came over to install the blinds, was very efficient, and even helped dispose of the old blinds. We set up the whole house in the end, minus a small den downstairs.

Jordan is patient, personable and professional!
He made the entire process very easy. Jordan took the time to understand our requirements and only presented the products that meet our needs. He never tried to upsell us on items that we didn’t need (something I have experienced in the past).
My wife and me were not very decisive and couldn’t decide between rollers and honeycomb. We ended up having Jordan drive to our house twice to walk us through products. Jordan was very patient working with us and never once showed signs of annoyance due to our lack of decision making.
We looked at other companies to compare prices. We were upfront with Jordan and he did his best to work with us on pricing as well.
We ended up choosing Apex because of their product, pricing and also because we just liked working with Jordan!

I called Jordan after an extensive home remodel, and after I was completely fed up with other companies who were too rushed to help me solve some issues – one being a particular window in the kitchen nook that because of its size and unusual design made it almost impossible for any window covering to be installed. I needed a solution!
Jordan understood want I wanted and was very keen in taking into consideration the contemporary style of my home. He came to my home twice to re-​measure and to discuss with the installer exactly how the blinds had to be installed prior to ordering them.

I called Apex after purchasing our new town home. I was in a rush to find a solution for a challenging space with huge expanses of windows up to 10’x10’. Jordan was fast to respond and come to our new home and quickly measure and quote a solution for the entire house. Their design options were just what I was looking for in our more modern home. He was able to rush our order, and we had roller shades installed in less than three weeks! The install team was fast, clean, and skilled. I could not be happier with the end result. I could not be any happier today! We just got our blinds installed in our house and they look amazing! I had no idea where to start when it came to choosing blinds and Jordan took all the stress out of it. He gave us recommendations for each room based on the colors and functions of the rooms and he was nothing less than spot on. He’s friendly, professional, honest, timely and pricing is amazing. Jordan and his crew is very professional, responsive and courteous. Jordan will come on time as promised and will give suggestions based on the budget. He is very knowledgeable and can make a complex problem of choosing blinds relatively easy. Their ordering is super fast and they deliver what they promise (something which is not very common). The installation with Mike was super easy and he is very efficient with attention to details. I would recommend them to everyone in the Seattle area. You should definitely talk to Jordan before you make your final decision on who to choose for this.

Just got our Hunter Douglas blinds installed today!
We had looked at a few other companies but this one was the most friendly, and non pushy. They really earned our business from the good communication to telling us that you don’t have to do all the windows at once if that helps with the price. Also he was honest with the prices up front. «This design if you like it is cheaper than this other one and it’s the same color! «etc. etc.
The window film they contract with did a great job in our bathrooms also.
I was impressed with his advise with what he thought would look better when we couldn’t decide between two colors. He was very patient and made sure everything was right.
Jordan was great at communicating the time frame, and letting use know when all the blinds were almost in to warn us so we could figure out when to schedule our installation
Then the installation was super fast, took only an hour for 11 windows! His installer was nice, fast, and tidy!
So is you want good blinds that will last a long long time this is the place to go. I would recommend him for your condo or house if you want an awesome product that looks amazing.

We’re a due diligence type of family, and after literally sitting through half a dozen estimates and design consultations, we chose Apex.
Every aspect of our experience was 5 stars.
Jordan wore a pair of space age booties over his shoes at all times to protect our newly installed hardwood floors.
His price quote was the lowest we found (one vendor was literally twice the price. I won’t tell you the name, but it rhymes with 3 Day Blinds)
He gave us an estimated delivery/​install schedule of 2 weeks but had the job done in under 1 week.
We chose the best Hunter Douglas blinds on the market, and are absolutely thrilled.
Having just gone through an entire house remodel (flooring, kitchen, structure, etc) I can confidently say that Jordan and Apex were the most timely, most respectful, most communicative and highest quality vendor we have dealt with to date.

Apex has provided excellent service with great prices. We are very happy with our Hunter Douglas order and Jordan has even come back to handle one minor issue with the fascia being a quarter inch shorter than it should be. No complaining, always positive!
