I’m afraid Charles did not do an effective job. He was friendly and his price was reasonable but he was late and he missed spots multiple times. Perhaps his system is too weak to clean adequately. It is basically like a spray hose instead of serious pressure or contact cleaning. As a result it may be faster but many of my windows and roof were definitely not clean. Also the window frames were splattered instead of being cleaned along with the panes of glass. He came back once to try again but still missed things and did not complete the job unfortunately. I wouldn’t recommend.

I recommend this window washing service to everyone. The person, Charles Moore, who came to wash my windows was so professional and very nice. He did a great job cleaning my windows. They sparkled like they haven’t for a long time. The price was fair too. And he got the job done quickly and perfectly. I will hire him again.

Ace Window Cleaning is my go to in Seattle for sure! I have large storefront windows and I honestly didn’t know they were capable of that kind of sparkle and clarity. I did wash them myself, but now I always prefer to call Ace Window Cleaning because the result is so worth the reasonable rates and amazing results!
I am just writing this review now because I was thinking of how much I need to call and schedule with them, my windows need some love.
I also found out recently, that they offer gutter cleaning services, as well as help with holiday lights. Got to love the one stop shop!

Although Charles is a nice man, the way he cleaned my gutters was awful. There was/​is muck everywhere — including my neighbor’s house. I’ll have to pressure washer that stuff off. He did a bang-​up job, taking his leaf blower and put it directly into the gutters which made everything fly out everywhere.
My other neighbor did the same service — and his neighbor’s house also got muck splattered everywhere.
I constantly felt like I had to hold Charles’ feet to the fire, so to speak. I had to make sure he came back to finish the job. Make sure he cleaned our skylights like he said he would. I got the feeling that if I wasn’t involved, he would’ve cut corners or perhaps left before the job was done.
Again — he’s a nice fellow and he works quickly, but at what cost? There is so much muck on my back deck and on my neighbor’s house. I would have thought he’d dispose of the leaves/​muck in a bucket instead of blowing it all over my shrubs, deck and the neighbor’s house without discrimination.
What a mess! I’ll definitely never use his services again. Not only that — it took a lot of coaxing to even do the job, which I though was bizarre. I was bringing him business by recommending him to a neighbor. We were both disappointed. :(

Charles came out two days before our at-​home wedding to clean all the windows and did a perfect job. He was one of the few things about the wedding that caused me no stress. Completely unobtrusive, just went through and did his job. When he was done I actually had one of those moments looking at the windows and not being able to tell if there was even glass there or not, there were that clean. Thanks Ace Window Cleaning, that’s as good as it gets!

Charles did an awesome job with my rain gutters. He’s really friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him. He’s a cool guy.
Also, I mentioned I wanted to do repairs on the rain gutters myself and he gave me tons of tips and info on how to make the repairs.
