History

Established in 1974.

Since 1974, Al Saroyan, AIA has made his mark on the Monterey Peninsula with his distinguishable Old-​World style and craftsmanship. Among his celebrated works are signature custom homes, remodels, hotels, apartments and commercial buildings; in addition to numerous structures of historic significance that have been entrusted to his expertise.
