We have very, very dirty, stained and ripped carpets, which I am often quite embarrassed about. Having a toddler, dogs and a husband with a muddy boot problem, I just lived with our nasty carpets and figured I’d deal with it until we replaced them.
However, we were due to have a lot of houseguests, and I thought I’d give cleaning them a try. Manuel and Sons came out in the morning, and without trying to upsell me or talk me into more or expensive services, they quickly cleaned my carpets without judgement or condemnation. Within 24 hours the carpets were dry, and I couldn’t believe how much better they looked. Not only are they so much better looking, they feel better to walk on. Their rates are so affordable, I can have them come out 2 – 3 times a year to keep them looking great!

My church needed its sanctuary carpet cleaned. There were several stains which previous carpet cleaners said could not be removed. I checked reviews intending to call around for bids. Since Manuel and Sons was well-​rated on Unilocal,I called them first. They came out that day and left a bid that was great, so I did not bother calling anyone else. They scheduled the work within a few days. All the stains were gone! They said that stains set into the padding may come back through, but the faster the carpet dried, the less likely that would happen. The day was warm and I left the windows and doors open. At night I ran some dehumidifiers. After everything dried, it still looked great! I would say that they did the best job of all we have tried previously.
They were fast, thorough, courteous, and have great prices. I highly recommend Manuel and Sons!

Manuel and Sons did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets on short notice for a move out inspection. The move out inspection went great! The price and service are awesome in this day an age of poor service and astronomical prices. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

We have had our carpets cleaned numerous times. But not one has paid such attention to details and walked me through what he was doing like Manuel. I had my carpets cleaned and also my upholstery on our couches (we have 2 dogs, 3 cats and 2 small kids). He spent alot of time making sure the couches were cleaned and after, even vacuumed under them (which was pretty gross) and then steam cleaned under them also. Many carpet cleaners I had in the past would just clean around the couches. Needless to say, we will be using them from now on… Thank you Manuel and Son’s!

I just had my carpet cleaned by these gentlemen, and by far this has been the cleanest job. It started off rocky at first, as we had some scheduling setbacks, but Manuel turned a negative situation into a positive one. I have had customer service issues in the past, but I measure a company by how they resolve it. Kudos for doing a great job of recovering, but even more so for the fabulous job you did with my carpet.

So I called the owner Manuel Partida to come do my carpets. because I was about to buy new couches this weekend and was going to throw my beige sectional out that was no longer beige. instead had stains everywhere and was so hard to clean … well while they were here I asked if he did couches and said what the hey it won’t hurt to clean them. well to my amazement they came out so clean like new. he even took a picture and asked if he can post a before and after since they were that bad :\ even though I’m a bit embarrassed because of how bad they were I said yes because I’m sure I’m not the only one that has dirty couches and I do want to let people know they did an exellant job. I’m still in aww about my couches thanks for saving me 1,800 dollars going to keep my old/​new couches thanks again

Manuel and Son’s I would not use again. After carpets were cleaned. They smelled not clean and they were not clean. When you went to rub the carpet with a cloth the cloth was filthy. when we called them back he said there was nothing he could do. So I had someone else come out and redo my carpet.

After making tons of calls to carpet cleaners in the area; half of which never returned my calls, Manuel was able to give me a quote over the phone and came out the next day. He and his son worked fast and did an amazing job. Our rental was way cleaner then when we moved in thanks to Manuel.
