OMG, stay away from this store. When you walk in the sales staff ignore your presence. When they finally get hold of you and talk to you in something that you are interested in they get interrupted all the time from their other staff so you will feel like you are not the important one and you will spend there or waist much more time than you expected. Also, the sales staff has to always ask their manager by phone (who is almost never in this store) to handle situations, which they could handle by themselves.
Ah, this place is awful.

I walked in and asked for help setting up my wifi/​internet on my new IOs 5. The new manager Alex Carrillo set up the net, and checked my settings to ensure my hotspot was activated and quickly went through my phone to fix other issues I was experiencing – all in a matter of a few minutes! I highly recommend ATT in Sand City

This place is awful. Do not come here. My wife and I bought iphone 5’s here and our initial experience was ok. On purchase the salesman sold us iphone screen covers and told us that they had lifetime replacement. They were pretty expensive and my initial gut feeling was to not buy them, but it was nice not to have to apply them ourselves so we went for it. Well guess what… when we went to get replacements they initially told us they were out, but the next time we came in they told us that the salesman was wrong and we couldn’t get replacements. The woman manager was extremely rude! She acted like we did something wrong, even though she admitted that our initial salesman had been selling a bunch of people screen covers and saying they have lifetime replacement. incredibly bad customer service. When my wife asked for a corporate number the manager refused several times and when she finally gave it to my wife she told her it wouldn’t do any good. This woman was the manager!!! Avoid this place like the plague.
