I just got an iMac from here and it could not have gone better. I didn’t have to deal with any crowds and got my questions answered uninterrupted.
Josh made it really easy to get what i wanted without feeling pressured to get something i didn’t need. I’ll be sure to come here whenever I need anything for my computer :)

Great store. Great staff. I’m one of the co-​founders of YAC (Youth Arts Collective). Been coming here since early incarnations of the store for computers and service. They’ve really worked with us as a community non profit. The price was always right, and the service awesome.
I ended up buying some of my own equipment from them. They have training there too. Why on earth go to the crowded big box when you can get the same expertise, but with personal attention, and support a local business at the same time?

Great Store, Great Service, definitely going back, way better than pesky Apple stores.

They recovered all my data and fixed my OS. It was extremely quick and people working were friendly and helpful. Much less busy than the Apple store.

Great store, fantastic service. Had someone try to access my wife’s computer remotely she took it in and they checked it for malware and showed her how to avoid it in the future. They offer classes and support. Convenient hours and location.

I have been going to this store with my Mac Book Pro… they upgraded the hard drive to a New non moveable state of the art stainless steel hard drive — 500 gigs…
I’ve been working with Kenny… He’s good… sometime it feels like salespeople are a little pushy trying to persuade you to buy a new computer… Kenny upgraded mine and for now I’m happy!
Basically I like this store!

Customer service is word they know. And the staff is a refreshing change from that store at the mall.

Difficult to write about my two experiences here: I had to take my iMac in twice to fix the original problem. (tech report said corrupted drive, later said issue was with permissions). In any case, the problem was eventually fixed.
What I really like: I would go here any day before entering an official Apple store within my general area (that includes the stores in Palo Alto and Monterey). Quick to see someone and have computer problems addressed.
I definitely should have started up my computer before leaving the first time to see if the problem was fixed. I still would have had to make two long round trips to get things done, but at least wouldn’t have lugged it around as much. Shame on the tech who
1) didn’t bother to boot up the computer to see that his/​her «fix» didn’t do squat to address the problem that brought me there
2) renamed my HD to «test’s HD»; small, goofy error that betrays some slop in procedure.
The manager, Christine, didn’t seem to take note of their oversight.
Yet, again, it was a heck of a lot better than having to experience an Apple store. Were I to buy another retail Apple product, I would definitely go there before working with Apple.

I am so glad and extremely pleased to see this store reopen. The staff and service is awesome. They have always done me right!!! If you need your computer serviced or need to purchase one I highly recommend that you visit this store first.

I have been a long time Apple customer starting when the store was Computer Works and now in its new iteration as MacSuperstore. Every time I seek information or help, the staff respond in a friendly and knowledgable manner. I cannot say enough about the quality and timeliness of the home service calls by Katrina that have kept me up and running for years now. I highly recommend this store and staff. Tom Reidy

The service I received was the most helpful ever. Kenny went above and beyond and helped me out of a big jam, and did it all with a great attitude. I would never go to the Apple store if I were you. I won’t.

Amazing! My iPhone was stuck in the iTunes screen when an update failed. I tried pressing buttons, downloading tinyumbrella… nothing. I was going to go to the Apple store but came here first based on the Del Monte Apple store reviews and I’m glad I did. The staff were super friendly and restored my phone free of charge, then instructed me how to restore it from a backup on my computer. They even offered to let me come back and use their WiFi to download the update since mine is slow.
If I ever have computer issues, they will get my business for sure.

I went in on my lunch break and bought two 4GB 1066Mhz DDR3 sticks for my MBP a few months back form these guys.

Ok, I used to love this place. The staff is super nice and Patient but they quoted me $ 900.00 to repair a broken monitor and replacement battery for my MacBook pro. Not including a standard $ 90.00 to look at the thing. I declined the service and took a second opinion from another computer shop in the area and it’s was a faulty charger! At the most $ 50 replacement! So lame. I used to trust computer works and have given them about a thousand dollars in business before this. Always get a 2^nd opinion folks.

I haven’t bought anything from them per say, but I was in need for a battery for my MacBook Pro 2009. But I couldn’t do factory service since it was old and had some liquid damage (split juice) per the Apple store. Which The Apple store wanted to service it at a 3^rd party for about 700. I might as well buy a new one. Well, Computer works referred to two websites where I can but them for a great price. Easy install and save my self tons of money. I paid 55 buck shipped for a battery with zero cycles.

The techs and front of staff are extremely helpful, patient and friendly. There knowledge and application of knowledge is excellent.
I had a problem with my 2010 MacBook Pro. I took it to Apple over the course of 3 months and Apple could not find the issue. (kernal panic causing crashes). Computer Works found the problem right away and fixed it within a very quick time frame.
I then had them upgarde said computer and it is now running great!
I am so glad to have these guys around. I will need to purchase my computers from them from here on out.

My husband bought me an Apple Laptop and a WI-​FI airport for Christmas. The guy who helped us was so knowledgable and it made our shopping experience enjoyable.

I’ve been a long term customer here and we love the new location. lots of parking and easy to get in and out. great selection on apple products and better selection of accessories than the apple store!
