Established in 1983.
Mary Wiese and son Doug (Dooger) Wiese Opened the restaurant in February of 1983 with 44 Seats, with Dooger doing all the cooking and Mother Mary prepping. The Restaurant expanded to 80 seats in 1986. Mother Mary retired in 1994. In 1999 Dooger’s expanded once again to 135 seats to its current configuration. Dooger’s son Carnegie is now an assistant manager so our family tradition will be carrying on.
