Rodeway Inn

Ok so me and my husband arrived at this dump of a hotel on sat Aug 29^th at bout 1:30am. First of all parking sucks my husband had to park three blocks away and walk back to the place. Second room sucks is it’s small and the bathroom is dirty. Only two towels and no wash cloths and no cup to drink out of. The pool was dirty and the water was dirty with bugs a and trash in it. No maid service had to sleep on the same sheets for three nights. This is not what a choice hotel is suppose to be Like. Will never stay here again.

Place is a dump, you get what you pay for. I stayed two nights. The room had a bad smell to it. They did not even come to give towels and make the bed after the first night. Never again. Bathrooms are bigger than the size of the room. The pool is dirty too.

What a dump. Came in on a thursday for a 2 night booking. There is no parking spot for my car. The room is smaller than an infant play pen. AC barely works. Paints chipping off. The shower leaks on the knob. Can i give half a star instead?

i have worked for choice hotels for the past 4 years and have never been treated the way i was on Saturday june 6^th at appropriately 530 pm, i arrived to check in to my reserved Non smoking double bed room. walked into the building to check in and was told i dont wanna bullshit you but we don’t have your room after explaining i just drove three hours to get here is there any other rooms that could accommodate my stay, he told me (with a heavy stench of alcohol on his breath) he had a single bed available. i told him i was with one friend and my girlfriend (originally reserving a non smoking double bed which occupies 4) told me only one person may enter everyone else will be trespassed and arrested (a little much for an employee of the company?) I then asked him if the same owners of my hotel happen to own the property (which they own many choice property’s in new jersey) so i could maybe call them and work something out (he took this as me disrespecting him drunk and basically tried to fight with me over it) I then told him i felt uncomfortable with his remarks and asked to just cancel the reservation since he couldn’t meet my needs, apparently they do all there paper work with pen and paper and he wasn’t able to go on the computer to cancel it. I work 6 days a week at a quality inn and suites in upstate newyork hotel code ny306. just tried to get away on my one day off and this is the service i received. i tried to leave a comment on the reviews but it wouldn’t let me, as my conformation number has been deleted.
