Sue is one in a million. i was looking to purchase a townhouse in Orange County and i was referred to Sue Miskelly by a close friend who used her as his realtor to buy his home. She came highly recommended! My friend told me that she knows her stuff. i agree that she is well versed in selling realty. She is a full time realtor who completes many transactions per year! i am an extremely detail oriented person and have an anxious personality. Sue was so patient with me from the beginning of the process thru to the end of my purchasing my townhouse. Most realtors would have fired me due to my persistent calls re one worry or another. Never did Sue get annoyed with me! She explained everything to me from the start to the end. She goes above the call of duty for a realtor. She met me at the property multiple times when it was in escrow, so i could get estimates for various things that i wanted done, such as adding air conditioning. i even had a mold inspection done and she met me so she could let the inspector in. She is still checking on me and i have owned the town home for 41 days. i highly recommend Sue Miskelly whether you are looking to sell your home or buy a new one! You will be thoroughly pleased, as i am!
