Just had two drains fixed on a Saturday, and am 100% satisfied. Josh is prompt, friendly, and very thorough. He also fixed the stopper on my sink, free of charge. I highly recommend Josh, and I will definitely use him again.

We had a toilet and a couple slow drains in different parts of the house. We thought it could be tree roots in the main. Josh diagnosed the three separate problems without first cleaning the main and charging us and then finding out there were other problems like most people in his business would do. Give this guy your business and you will be glad you did.

We had a clogged kitchen sink on a Sunday afternoon and started dialing companies that we found on Unilocal.Josh called back after seeing that he had missed a call. He arrived within 30 minutes (like he said he would) and got to work. He figured out the problem and along the way he was very particular in keeping the kitchen floor protected, put everything back under the sink, kept us informed of what he was doing, etc. All this for $ 96. What a nice person who provided excellent service on a Sunday afternoon. Use him!

Got ready for a Friday night and came out of the house to find a flooded yard. My main had backed up. Stressed all all evening looking for someone that worked Saturday and had good reviews. Found Josh.
He states his hours starting at 6am even Saturdays. That’s no joke. Called at 6am left a message. 5 min later I got a call back. He was able to fit me in at 730am before another appointment.
He showed up on time, very friendly and was done driving off 20 min later. He used two different blades to make sure he got everything and even gave me suggestions for preventative maintenance. No up sells or add services pushed. Really great guy.

I was very impressed from start to finish. After placing a call late at night, Josh promptly returned my call early the next morning. He was over within 30 minutes and working on the problem. He was upfront with his charges and even though he had to work very hard to solve our blockage problem he did not change his price!
He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. He even had me watch the camera scope while he was working so I could understand where the clog was and how the roots were breaking through.

Josh was so helpful! I called him and informed him that it was an emergency as i needed to drain my toilets and he got to my place within the hour. What a great guy! I called Josh on a Saturday afternoon and he responded very quickly. He arrived at my house in Huntington Beach and got to work, basically I had a lot of roots from my ficus tree and clearly needed some serious rootering and extra service. Josh came back a couple weeks later to help with the installation of a main line cleanout and did it at an extremely reasonable rate. I would recommend him to anybody.

Josh is my «go to» plumber! He is professional, nice, experienced, clean and always explains everything. If the job is too big, he gives you a great referral. ALSO — and most importantly, he is on time and very responsive! I will be saving his number in my cell phone.

Called Josh and he was at the house in 30 minutes. Snaked the clean out twice to rid it of some invasive roots and now all is well. 6 mo. guarantee on the drain work.

Josh helped me with a plumbing clog. He got back to me right away, scheduled a time with the tenant, and got right in. I anticipated a charge to unclog the mainline (which was a reasonable price), but Josh was able to fix the problem at the kitchen sink and charged a fraction of the estimate. Great customer service! I will definitely call him again.

A++ Service… I didn’t have a major plumbing issue or water leak or drainage problem… My toilet just wouldn’t work! I called several companies, but none of them wanted to take the time to come see my «broken» toilet.
I called Josh around 5:00pm and told him about our broken toilet. He was on his way to a job, but said he would come by after to take a look and see what was wrong. He called me at 7:30pm and apologized for his last appointment going longer than expected, but he still wanted to come by and help us out! I told him we could wait till the next day (I wouldn’t want to keep working so late, but Josh was going to!). He came by the next day, checked out the toilet, told my wife about the parts that would be needed to repair it… went and got the exact parts and replaced everything.

I tried calling four other plumbers and they all went to voice mail. I called and Josh answered and assured me he would be on his way in about an hour.
I text him to let him know who to contact at home since I was at work. He replied and was on his way. He did great work and even text me when he was done letting me know what he did and how much he charged me.
If you are in the Seal Beach and surrounding area you MUST call Josh and he will fix your plumbing problem.

Called Josh for a main line clog and he took care of it right away. He came within an hour of my call and fixed my problem right away. The process he used helps take care of the root problem for at least a year. 3 step process to cut all the roots off down to the clay pipe without having to run tons of water. Most plumbers need to dump 100s of gallons of water and are back in 4 – 6 months. He recommend pouring a chemical down the cleanout to kill the roots, so I will do that next. I highly recommend using Josh since he is very honest and gets the job done for a reasonable price. I plan to use him again in the future and refer him to all my friends.

Last week, our main line was clogged and all of our toilets and showers were backing up. I called another plumber, and they told me that because it was 7pm, they would have to charge me double to come out and fix my problem. When I called Josh, he said that his price would not be more because of the time, and he would be at our house in less than an hour. When Josh arrived, he was polite and efficient. He cleared our line, charged a very reasonable price, and cleaned up everything. He is a very nice person, and I would definitely call him again when we have plumbing troubles. Thanks, Josh!

It is late, but I am staying up until I complete this review because Josh went above and beyond to help my family this evening. I spent four hours battling a clogged toilet, which then turned into a clogged sink, and further progressed into a clogged tub. As I sat in the parking lot of Home Depot feeling dejected, struggling to figure out what to do because all other home remedies had failed, I turned to Unilocal.I originally called Guardian Plumbing located in Cypress. I left a message, and then looked at their Unilocal page again and realized they were closed on Fridays. I returned home thinking I could call again in the morning, but not long after I was shocked and relieved to receive a call from Tony, the owner of Guardian. I explained my problem, and he immediately directed me to Josh because he didn’t want us to have to be without facilities overnight. I called Josh who told me he could be at my house within an hour. I was truly thankful because at that point all toilets, sinks, and the tub were now clogged. When Josh arrived, he figured out it was my main line, and went to work right away fixing the problem. He even fixed a toilet that had been running for a while.
I’m not familiar with plumbing, so Josh took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I knew what to expect from this evening’s work, potential problems that could arise in the future, and how much everything would cost. You don’t really appreciate things like indoor plumbing until you find yourself without it, and with children in the house, it’s a necessity. Josh worked tirelessly, and was very professional. I don’t know how much more I can sing his praises before I start sounding like a rock star groupie! However, for those of you looking for an awesome plumber who knows what he is doing, Josh is that guy. He was even careful to warn me about the dangers of his equipment so that my kids could be kept out of harm’s way.
