Cracked MyPhone Cellphone & computer repair shop

My son dropped my phone in the toilet and I thought all hope was lost. I took my phone and within a day my phone was back up and running like new!!! I am so happy with the service and the quick turn around. If it happens again or anything else worse happens this will be the 1^st place I call!!!

I have a Samsung galaxy s4 and i cracked ¾ sides of my screen he doesnt gaurantee same day service which is fair but he does strive to finish it same day. I dropped it off and 5 hours later it was ready :) earlier then estimated time… my screen looks beautiful and is working well thank you!

I dropped my phone and the screen was super JACKED. I though i’d buy a replacement screen and replace it, how hard can it be right? Nop, wrong. After like 3 hours of hair pulling and on the floor looking for screws, i gave up and brought the phone in. These guys were super cool and fixed all the damage i’d done to the phone in less than 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend to yall peeps.

When in to replace a crack screen on a iPhone 60 days later it’s popping out went back with my receipt to use my warranty expired wtf Rip off place doesn’t explain the warranty right on the RECEIPT 30 — 90 days wtf depending on the phone and it doesn’t say on the receipt what phones are cover for how long WTF

They changed my phone screen in less than an hour and I got a free durable screen protector and a phone case! This is a late review. I got my phone fixed 3−4months ago and my screen is still in perfect condition!

This is my one and only go to place to have my phone fixed. Prices are great. Service is fast and friendly. Why go anywhere else? Last time I cracked my screen was over 2 years ago… They still remembered e! Can’t wait to replace my camera and battery. Love the free case and screen protector. Black Friday deal epic!!!

Came here and they had good prices compared to other places. They have a good warranty on the phone after being fixed. The guy said he would have it done in 30 mins and had it done in 10. Great service. I will definitely be coming back and I recommend it to anyone who needs help with their devices.

These dudes have once again saved one of our iPhones from an untimely demise, this time my wife’s iPhone took a swan dive into the toilet of all places. The phone would not charge, if you tried to charge it it would go into a never ending restart cycle (apple logo flashing) followed by a random kaleidoscope of colors flashing on screen. My wife was in despair but I remembered what a great job they had done on my phones cracked screen that maybe they could repair the water damaged phone, and I was right the phone was as good as new after they got done with it. A+ A1 real MVP’s of phone repairdom.

Saw the Van in their parking lot and pulled in to get iPhone 4S screen replaced. Glad I did. All work was performed in a professional manner. Thanks, and I would recommend to all who live in Lakewood and nearby.

I’m an APPLE guy. I’ve cracked my screen THREE times ‘cuz I don’t put a case on my iPhones. Dummy. I always go to APPLE, too. Well, not anymore. Edgar was quick, clean and friendly with the service he dealt today. I walked in with a ghetto-​ass cracked screen and walked out with a practically new phone in record time! I’m always weary when I hand over my phone… I felt comfortable as he let me watch the whole process with nothing to hide.

I recently updated my iPad software, but only to have it not boot up. After several attempts to do a restore. I decided it was time to take it to Apple. After making a appointment I took my pad to get checked.
I explained to the tech that after trying to update the pad, it now wouldn’t boot up. All it would say is «needed to be connected to iTunes». However, even after plugging it into several computers, it wouldn’t connect.
The Apple tech plugged it in to his computer and it wouldn’t work for him either (at least that’s what he told me).
He actually said to me «the pad was toast and I needed to buy a new one». He said the cause of the problem was the connection plug on the pad was broken, so the information wasn’t being transmitted and it would be cheaper just to replace. He broke out his little flashlight and tried to show me… He then started showing me Ipads ranging from $ 400 to $ 800 dollars.
I decided to take it to Cracked Myphone. I explained to the tech what was happening with the pad and also what the apple tech had said. I noticed he looked at me kinda strange as to say that doesn’t sound right.
The tech asked me if he could try to get it to boot up and if he could there would be no charge. Of course I agreed, believing that he wouldn’t, especially after I tried several times on different computers and the apple tech failing as well and explaining the reason why.
Well approximately twenty minutes he called me to the counter and he had it running. I was surprised and thankful. He didn’t lie and try to sell me something I apparently didn’t need. Kudos to Cracked Myphone

Had my iPhone 5s repaired here 1 month ago. Yesterday the screen starts popping out of the phone so I try to push it back in and the screen starts glitching. I take it to the shop since it’s still under warranty and they tell me it’s not covered cause I tried to push it back in.. So your faulty repair ends up with another faulty screen. Never take anything to this shady store. Worst customer service ever. Should have read the Unilocal reviews before coming here. Worker could care less.
Relply-​response to not mentioning the crack in the lcd. The small crack is a result of poor repairs. When I pulled my phone out of my pocket this morning I noticed the screen popping off (which never should occur had it been installed properly) I then tried to push it back together so i could use it till bringing it for repair after I got off work. How would I know this would crack the lcd. If I dropped the phone or caused the damage this conversation wouldn’t be occurring. This is purely poor repairs and poor customer service.

Took my phone in for repair, was told it would take 3 days to get the parts. Was called later that day, said the part was available early, and the phone was fixed. Great work!
Many places would just have waited 3 days to do the work. Because they did the work so fast, it tells me they have pride in their work and do the best to provide a customer with great service. They are my go-​to guys for anything they do.

Edgar is awesome! Fixed my phone in no time. I had part of my apple headphones stuck in there and he was able to open the phone up and got them removed. Will def use their service again as they also work on laptops/​desktops/​tablets. Thanks Edgar!

Took my iPhone 6 plus in today. Screen was cracked and LCD screen was damaged as well. I couldn’t really use the phone anymore because the screen could hardly detect my fingers tapping on icons. I was stuck with Siri. It took him less than an hour to fix the phone. The repair came with a basic clear case and a screen protector. Thank you very much!

They were able to fix my phone within the hour. My iPhone 5s was bent, the screen was out and cracked. When I got my phone back it worked again and not only that my phone wasn’t bent anymore. I will definitely be coming here in the future to fix any and all my other devices. The cost was completely affordable and they went beyond my expectations! Thank you! Im truly recommending people here!

I’m stopping in today to tune-​up my phone. I checked these guys out on Unilocal and was surprised by a couple negative reviews. This will be my 3^rd time patronizing this establishment and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff has always been friendly. It’s refreshing to see the owners daughter in the shop doing her homework while Dad is working hard! It makes me feel good to help support a small business, knowing that I will directly impact these wonderful people.

Unfortunately I cracked my phone last night and needed a repair ASAP. This place help me out and fixed it quick. You need something done with phones even computers this is the place to go.

Came in, no wait dropped it off on my lunch said itll be ready in 35m, came back after work no line! No hassle! So easy! Fixed my cracked Iphone!
