Like any other in n out this location is basically always busy. Even at 12:30am there can be a line in the drive thru. It’s always very clean and you always see an employee walking around & cleaning and making sure everything is okay. You can be in there anywhere from 5 – 20 minutes waiting for your food. Never disappoints!

so i called and asked my sister if she could get me a number 3 combo with no patty. she got mad at me saying that the girl looked at her like she was stupid and it was actually called a veggie burger. i came home and found nothing but bread! imagine being excited to have your sister come home with ur burger. but have it just be two slices of bread! i was so unhappy. what kind of right minded person orders just bread and pays for the same price as a burger with everything on it? they should have checked with my sister about it, if they had their brains inside their heads today.

I learned the secret way to order from my friend. She had a double double grilled onions cold cheese. The drivethru person said he hadn’t had a cold cheese order in a while so had to find the key

What can I say about this place, they are all great. Awesome people working, happy to be there, and we’ll paid. The place always has a wait, that’s what you have to do for fresh food. Always clean, someone is always sweeping, cleaning tables. If you haven’t been here, your mouth hasn’t lived. Greatest place ever

My milkshake somehow got lost in all their orders place in the evening. I was number like 50, and they had already gotten to 60. After asking, they checked up on it and kindly give my my milkshake in the larger soda drink container.
Animal fries looked so tempting… bit of inconsistency between our group orders upon their things, but generally pretty solid.

Came in for a quick bite before heading to 6 flags with a group of 10. At 10:45 so it was slow. We had Brooke… She was rude and annoyed with us. We asked for spread and she tossed it at us and rolled her eye… I get it some people don’t share the same love I have for spread but eye rolling and attitude isn’t what I’m used to at In-​n-​out. I come here for the service and values the company holds.
First bad service experience… I STILL LOVE THE FOOD.

One of my few exceptions as it relates to my disdain for chain restaurants. If we are friends on ANY social platform, DO NOT tell me you like 5 guys better, or anywhere else on earth. I will drop you like a goose drops turds.
(I digress).
The prices they still charge for this greatness. The freshness and quality. The amazing workers. The ability to customize as you wish. ALL reasons why, as I crave a burger in my residence of Old Dominion, Virginia, I think of In & Out 1st and long for a So Cal visit.

Waiting in long lines for in and out… Is it really worth it? I guess it must be if I’m still here. Great atmosphere and awesome customer service here. Although lines are extremely long it goes by pretty fast but you should usually expect that at an in and out.
Tonight’s order a double meat, no onions and a side of fries. Mouth is watering at the moment so I’m off to eat!

I’ve been here twice and it has always been nice, friendly service and very clean. They’re also pretty quick even on a busy afternoon so that is pretty good.
This place is surrounded by many shopping places like: kohl, loft, Chico, staples, Marshall’s, sprouts farmer market, toys and babies-​r-​us, target and many more places so it’s pretty convenient to get something to eat after all the shopping.
In n out has always been my favorite hamburger. Simple and delicious. Plus they’re made fresh with fresh ingredients. Their buns are always crunchy and that is one of the best part about a hamburger.
This place have a lot of seats like a restaurant. Their restroom and stalls are very clean and spacious. I like it when I walk into a clean restroom, it gives you an impression that they do keep it clean.
Overall, I would definitely come back here anytime for a yummie cheeseburger with grilled onions and some fries :)

The cheese was melted so deliciously and the food was so hot! I have been to many in-​n-​outs but their quality here is the best! I always come back here because even better than the quality, the service is on point and the bathrooms are spotless!!!

Boyfriend and I are always here. Same quality as any other In N Out. Staff is always very polite to us. I could eat the fries and spread for days.
