Description

Specialties

Yoga on the Rocks, conveniently located upstairs inside AZ on the Rocks, is a full yoga studio with classes for all life stages. You will enjoy our full service focused, intimate class sizes, excellent hands-on instruction and affordable pricing.

Small class sizes so you don’t feel like you are in a sea of students. This will also allow for our teachers to spend more time adjusting and working with each and everyone one of you. We are also limiting the number of active members so that you will have better access to the classes you want.

History

Established in 2011.

We aren’t just providing great teachers, great service in a great environment, we are also making your money go further. Unlimited monthly memberships will be just $ 70 per month on auto pay. Already an AZ on the Rocks member, you can now bolt on unlimited yoga for just $ 39 per month on auto pay. Drop — ins are always just $ 10 and preregistration is never required. All prices above do not include sales tax. Yoga is a wonderful compliment to climbing. Increase flexibility, focus and balance while reducing risks for injury, strengthening while lengthening. Watch your climbing improve after adding yoga to your regular fitness routine.

Meet the Manager

Danielle G.

Manager

As most yogi’s will tell you, yoga is not only a lifestyle, but an lifelong journey. The process unfolded for Danielle after an accident on the highway from her college dorm in Flagstaff to her family in Phoenix for the holidays. Having difficulties recovering from the accident landed Danielle in a senior level yoga class at PVCC for the first step in the evolution of a never ending transformation. Danielle attended a 200 hour teacher training with Desert Song Yoga & Massage, building a strong Anusara foundation. This presented the opportunity to become the Maricopa County Yoga Instructor in January of 2011. The unfolding only began there! Also this year Danielle is working to finish her 500 hour, attending 300 hour Master Immersions training with our very own Mary Bruce and Lynn Matthews at 2nd Heart Yoga. Infusing Para Yoga and Tantra teachings with her Anusara practice has created an amazing teaching platform to share knowledge with her students.
