My approach for preventative care includes recognizing the stages of disease, and then detecting & correcting imbalances before problems arise. This is not a quick fix to treat symptoms; rather we soothe symptoms as we treat the root cause of the problem. The purpose is to focus on you, the full individual, empowering you to promote balance in the vital energies that can bring you to a state of Vibrant Health!

History

Established in 1999.

My journey in Yoga began in 1981, has been a key transformative aspect of my life, and my length and depth of study in Yoga & the Ayurvedic Health System have equipped me with a profound knowledge of how these ancient practices can be used for health and healing in our modern culture. My experience brings forth yoga in its many forms, drawing from traditional as well as modern yoga techniques, and I am well versed in Ayurvedic health practices and therapies.
