The Singletrack Factory specializes in the sales and service of high quality mountain bikes by Yeti, Ibis, Santa Cruz and Rocky Mountain Bicycles. In addition to great cycling accessories we have reasonably priced cruisers, road bikes, city bikes and comfort bikes. We have a renowned service department that can handle most bicycle repairs including suspension work. In addition to cycling we also sell skateboards and comfortable apparel.

History

Established in 1997.

The Singletrack Factory was started from scratch by Brian in early 1997, with 4 bare walls and carpet. Our first location is in Denver, Colorado. Brian desired a change from the corporate world, so he started The Singletrack Factory. The original idea was simple. Provide great service and have high quality products that help our customers have more fun. We are now entering our 16th year of operation and have the best staff we have ever had. We carry a very strong lineup of products, keep the price reasonable, and have the best performing product. This shop is great! Stopped by to fix a flat and it was literally done within 5 minutes. New tube, installation and flat-​prevention goo came to about $ 12. Their bicycle rental rates are very fair and they have a good selection of accessories and riding gear. I’ll definitely come back when it’s time to service my bike again.

These guys are great. Last week I tried to change my own tubeless tire — had trouble with inflating the tire and took it to Performance bike. They wanted me to leave it there and they didn’t know when they could have it done. I wanted to ride later in the day, so I took it to Singletrack. Took them less than a minute to have it inflated and ready to go.
I dropped my bike off 6.45pm last night. Needed rear shock maintenance, new brake pads and brakes bled. I asked if they could have it done by the next day as Wednesday afternoon was my day off to ride. Luke wasn’t sure if he could get it ready by next day and said he would try. My bike was ready to go by 3pm today in time for my ride. He had started on my bike the last night. So thankful for these guys. They are relatively new in town from Colorado and they have the best service unlike the other Scottsdale bike shops.
