Dr. Marvin Borsand is known by his patients as being a caring, empathetic and understanding individual. His exceptional surgical skills and artistic ability have made him a leader in the Valley for cosmetic surgery. In addition to his certification with the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery, Dr. Borsand is also certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery which is the only board that exclusively certifies in Cosmetic Surgery.

The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS) has recognized Dr. Borsand’s surgical ability and certified him to facilitate a fellowship training program in cosmetic surgery, which is currently the only one of its kind in Arizona. Many surgeons from across the country, and the world, apply to the Body Sculpting Center for the opportunity to learn cosmetic surgery techniques under his direction. Dr. Borsand is also regularly featured as an industry forerunner in the media.

Dr. Borsand and Tammy are AMAZING! After losing weight, they have helped me continue my transformation with my body and skin. I have had a breast augmentation, thigh lift, tummy tuck, arm lift and scar therapy. I love my results and they have earned my trust. Very professional and honest staff! I would recommend The Body Sculpting Center to anyone! I have since moved away and I travel back just continue my skin treatments, that is how much I trust them!

Dr. Borsand is amazing!
I could go on and on about how professional he is. He knew the look I was going for, and he gave it to me. His work turned out better than I could have ever imagined.
I’m only 20 years old and I was never once judged by his staff. His team made me comfortable the day of surgery and I felt even better when I found out that they have been working with him for over a decade. They called to check on me later that night as well as the next day.
He knows what he’s doing and he’s so incredibly honest. I was referred to him by my best friends mom and she was referred to him by 7 other people which proves how good of a reputation he truly has. I highly recommend this place for any cosmetic procedures.

I’m one day post OP (breast augmentation) and couldn’t be more happy so far. Dr. Borsand and his nurses were amazing. I was incredibly nervous the day of and they did such an awesome job of keeping me calm. DR called me about 4 hours after surgery and his nurse called again today. It’s very reassuring knowing that they are there if I need them. Also I took my wrap off today and was prepared to not like what I saw just due to being so swollen and fresh out of surgery but to my surprise they look great already. From start to finish their team has far exceeded my expectations. I felt out of the 3 surgeons that I had consultations with Dr. Borsand was the most up front and honest. That was one of my main concerns, I wanted someone who really listened to my desired out come and I feel he did just that. If your looking for a straight shooter who actually listen to what you want Dr. Borsand is your man!

As a first timer in the realm of cosmetic surgery, I was pretty apprehensive and cautious about finding a reputable surgeon. That search ended when I found Dr. Friedman. He and his staff made me feel very welcome, comfortable and explained everything to me in great detail. The pre surgery instructions were comprehensive, leaving me with no questions unanswered. The surgery center is clean, sleek and comfortable.
It’s been three months since my surgery and I am very pleased with the outcome. Dr. Friedman is skilled and personable with a great sense of humor, which is important to me. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

The BodyNew Medspa/​Body Sculpting Center is one of my favorite places EVER!!! Not only because the staff and Dr. s are like family, but because I leave feeling more beautiful every time I visit — inside and out!!! I can relax knowing that they will take the best care of me and always deliver 100%+++!!!
Tammy has worked on my skin for years now and has helped the quality immensely with peels, facials, laser, etc!!! Currently we are working on several laser procedures and continuously I am relieved and happy with the results!!! She knows exactly what she is doing, is super enjoyable and professional and will take the greatest care of anyone she meets — SUCH a skilled sweetheart!!!
Dr. Borsand is an artist comparable to no one out there!!! I recommend him to anyone looking to make a positive change in their lives and are interested in receiving the best care possible! His eye and taste are impeccable and he will work with you to identify exactly what will work for your body, specifically. This place is a professional as it gets, yet I found the staff friendly and relaxed as well as quite knowledgable. Bodynew Medspa offered a great deal with one of those online coupons, good for three separate skin treatments. With each visit, I was delighted with the service from the front desk and the technician who attended to me each time, Tammy. On my first visit I was assisted then seated in her office by a co-​worker. During the brief wait I noted how it sported «wallpaper» in the form of many varied certificates. Training?! Check.
Tammy was not only well trained, but also looked the part of Skin Goddess Extraordinaire. She mentioned a grandchild, but her 20 something year old looks belied this fact. Her make-​up was applied beautifully with her hair neat and flattering. Tammy was warm and attentive with each encounter. I felt at ease immediately. Appearance and bedside manner?! Check.
The treatment I received at Tammy’s gifted hands, was professional and thorough — attention to detail — even in light of the fact my service was discounted. The at-​home follow up product was excellent and Tammy explained how and when to use it. Knowledgable and skilled?! Check.
The facility is sparkling clean, attractive and modern. The tools and supplies clean and sanitary. Safety precautions and sanitation?! Check.
The location is prominent, easy to find, with ample parking in Scottsdale, also a nice proximity to Phoenix, Tempe and North Scottsdale. Location?! Check.
Was I happy enough that I would return and pay full price for future services?! Check.

I had a deal for 3 light facial peels and was helped by Tammy all 3 times for my visits. Everyone, from the person answering the phone to the front desk staff and of course my aesthetician were always friendly and helpful. Tammy has A LOT of certifications, so not only does she know what she’s doing, she’s also very nice. It’s pretty expensive for me, at $ 125 a peel at the regular price, but she has offered other package options which were a bit more affordable.
