Established in 2011.

We are a husband and wife catering company. We have both been in the restaurant business for 20+ years. Our chef is a classically trained chef who is Le Cordon Bleu certified.

I have been in the Hospitality and Food Industry for 25 years now and have worked every aspect of the industry from small «mom and pop» restaurants to country clubs to fortune 500 companies including Eurest Dining Service and Disney. I have a passion for high quality fresh foods that aren’t overpowered by seasonings or sauces. Sometimes less is more.
