Sir Grout specializes in cleaning, sealing and restoration of grout tile and stone. Our main service consists of cleaning and color sealing the grout, which restores the grout to «like new» condition and prevents it from absorbing dirt. We can match the color of the grout with the tile so the grout lines blend with the tile instead of standing out as dirty joints. We can also refinish stone floors, counters and shower to remove any etches or deterioration from everyday use and traffic. After the services are complete, we always are sure to educate the customers on how to keep their restored surfaces looking their best. Lastly, we specialize in top notch customer service and keeping our customers happy for years to come!

History

Established in 2008.

Owner/​operator Brian Simonitsch launched Sir Grout of Greater Phoenix in 2008 after receiving his degree from Arizona State University. With the strong support of the franchise system, Sir Grout has quickly became one of the Valley’s most recognized businesses in the grout, tile and stone restoration industry. Our process can bring the oldest and dirtiest floors, counters and showers back to life. Since 2008, Sir Grout has continued to grow by providing excellent service and keeping customer satisfaction as their #1 priority!

In 2011, 2012, and 2013 we were given the Angie’s List Super Service Award which is given to the top rated business in its category each year.

I moved to Arizona from Connecticut in 2005 to attend Arizona State University. I immediately fell in love with the area and knew I wanted to stay in Phoenix to start a career. After graduating with a degree in Business, I was looking for a job and saw an opportunity to start a Sir Grout franchise. As a young business owner, I learned a lot and saw the potential that this business presented.

If I am not working on the business, you can always find me enjoying Old Town Scottsdale with friends.
