Darrel and Justin did a great job! We have flagstone throughout our home which we installed over 10 years ago. We haven’t had our floors striped and re-​sealed since then. They did a fantastic job! Our floors look like they were just installed again.

Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. That’s all I can say about the service I received from Darrel and Justin at Valleywide Stonecare.
My amazing experience began when they arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and ended exactly 33 minutes later when they left (they cleaned and sealed approx 600 sq ft of tile and grout on the main floor of my home). If only I could get my floors this clean in 33 minutes!
The process was quick and I truly enjoyed watching the guys work. Seeing my clean floors emerge from under all of the grime was so rewarding. I am glad the guys encouraged us to watch because the process was mesmerizing.
One thing I particularly appreciated was the bonus of clean baseboards! THANK YOU!
Darrel and Justin were very clear that we needed to towel dry the face of the tile approx 30 – 45 minutes after they left to clean up the residual sealer that did not soak into the grout. I could see that there were some spots that had already dried (this is AZ after all and our low humidity guarantees liquids dry exceptionally quickly) but wiping them clean was no more labor intensive than wiping up the spots that were still wet.
I will absolutely recommend Valleywide Stonecare to everyone I know in the Valley who has tile/​stone flooring and we will absolutely use their services again in the future. This combination of service and affordability just can’t be beat.
I would also like to mention how professional Darrel and Justin behaved and how cleanly they were dressed. Their clothing and personal grooming was clean and tidy. This attention to detail made a great first impression and I was at ease welcoming them into my home.

I have Flagstone flooring in the house that was blackened and soiled particularly in the kitchen area. Darrel came out beforehand to inspect, advise and estimate the cost. He was good about explaining what he would do and the limitations due to defects in the condition of certain areas of the floor that existed. On the day of the job, he applied a pre-​treatment cleaner, then used a high-​pressure steam cleaning machine that easily lifted off most of the soil and grime, leaving a clean and fresh looking surface. Afterwards, he applied two heavy coats of water based, self-​leveling sealer that gave the floor a nice, clean, even looking finish. Darrel is accommodating, thorough and very pleasant to work with. I also felt the cost was reasonable considering the quality results I highly recommend their services!

Professional, On-​Time, and reasonably priced! They did a wonderful job on our tile in the house! Our grout and tile was in need of their services when we bought the house. I am very pleased!

Had my tile floors cleaned about 2 years ago with Valleywide Stonecare. All the grout came back to a pristine white. Just had them out again as I am getting the house ready to sell. They are professional, quick, and clean. The company worked with me on a time that was convenient and honored all pre-​quoted prices. You will not be disappointed.

Thank you for responding, however the grout was not dirty for only living in the recently built home for under 2 years my initial request was to clean the ceramic tile and seal the grout. I assumed cleaning meant actually cleaning my confusion.

First time our 10 years old 1000 sq. ft. of Tile and Grout had been professionally cleaned and sealed. Darrel and his assistant called to ask if they could arrive earlier than the scheduled time. When they arrived the first thing they did was check out the area’s, explained what they will be doing, and went to work. 35 minutes later Darrel was telling us how the cleaning went and made some suggestions on how to maintain the floors. This was a great experience and for the value will have them back again. I will strongly recommend Valleywide Stonecare, floors look like new.

The grout in my rental hadn’t been cleaned in three years and was close to black. Valley Wide Stonecare came in sprayed a solution on the tile surfaces and that’s when I left. After only about an hour, they had finished. Although the grout did look cleaner, it was difficult to assess the outcome since the tile was still wet. I was assured that the grout would lighten even further as the cleaning solution dried, and it did — mostly. Overall, I was very happy with the results. Why only four stars? For one, because they use a machine, they were unable to clean the three inches of tile in the kitchen perimeter around cabinets as the machine can not reach these areas. They should have hand cleaned these areas. Otherwise they were prompt, polite and professional and would recommend.

Amazing job! Valleywide Stonecare has done a great job! The grout looks like new! They arrived on time, were highly professional and were very efficient job. He was done within an hour… over 1,700 square feet. We highly recommend them!

The owner who is also a U.S. Marine came out with an assistant and they did a great job. I have cream travertine throughout my house (except the bedrooms). I bought this house a few months ago and have never been able to get the floors clean. I had no idea until today they are light cream not medium beige. There is hardly a smell at all, just a little noise (similar to a vacuum). The floors were cleaned and sealed in about an hour. Support our men of service! Use Valleywide stone care. My only beef is he doesn’t accept credit cards. Get the square reader and take the card.

Valleywide Stonecare came to my rescue!
I had saltillo installed in my living room and decided to have Valleywide come out seal the new tile and clean and reseal all the existing saltillo on the same visit. The company that installed the new tile had a huge issue with the black grout staining the tiles, they tried to use several chemicals to clean the tiles but it was too late. At that point they thought they might have to tear the tile out and restart the entire room. When valley stonecare arrived they came up with a solution that not only saved the tile company from having to tear it all out and reinstall the entire room but made the room turn out even better than expected. The new room looks fantastic and really matches all the existing room now.
I won’t hesitate to call them for any tile or flooring care and cleaning.
