History

Established in 1980.

The genesis of Shield Property Management’s formation was the result of repeated requests made by clients of Lloyd Tindell, who sought both consistency and professionalism in the delivery of their property management services. With over 30 years of personal experience as an investor, landlord and property manager, Lloyd understood his clients’ needs, as well the commitment necessary to provide the level of services his clients were seeking. Lloyd formed his company and assembled a team, committed to providing the quality of management services that were clearly needed, but noticeably lacking in the Phoenix market. This then, became Shield Property Management; a company comprised of dedicated, experienced and talented individuals that hold both honesty and integrity as their core values.
