We have taken three different vehicles — a Buick Lesabre, a Hyundai Azera and a Ford F-​150 — here and are always extremely satisfied with the service we receive. We find Jon to be honest and straight forward, and willing to explain the work that is done and work that might be needed. Rory’s will only recommend what needs to be fixed. And if you continue service here, they keep an eye on possible future problem areas.

This is the best place in the world to service your car! Honest, fast, pleasant, affordable, & patient with me & my 2009 Tahoe. Called today sensing that something was wrong with the battery & sure enough it was about to die. They replaced it in under 20min, free of charge (under warranty), & got me back on the road in no time! Thank you Rory’s for taking such AMAZING care of our cars!!!

I can’t say enough good about these guys. When your car breaks down, it’s never a good thing. But John and the guys at Rory’s really made it as painless as possible. They did quality work, kept me informed along the way, and got me back on the road fast. And their prices were more than reasonable. I hope I never have a major breakdown again, but if I do, I’ll definitely go back to Rory’s.

I took two different cars to have the alignment checked. The alignment was perfect they said and there was no charge. Needless to say I recently needed a real alignment done and was glad to take it to them. They are have absolutely great customer service. If you schedule ahead of time you’re in and out in no time.

Rory and John are the best! Also all the guys in the shop working so hard are amazing. Such stand up, trustworthy, knowledgeable people! I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Worth the drive from Anthem was referred to Rory’s a few years back and always take our vehicles to them. I was in a real jam. Alternator went out on the only means of transportation that we have. My son highly recommended Rory’s AutoTEK and I’m so glad I took his advice. Rory and Jon are top notch people. Although very busy, they fit me in and repaired my car in short order and at a very reasonable price. Wonderful people and I would recommend to anyone.
