Ric’s Body and Paint did fantastic job on a repair on my BMW 335. Their estimate was on the money. They kept me informed about the progress of the repair. They let me know when they needed a do-​over on spraying one part to get it to meet their high standards. That caused the job to be finished one day later than promised, but I would rather have it one day light and done to perfection rather than on time and flawed.

Rics has repaired 2 of our company vehicles through insurance. The entire staff had been wonderful and made these repairs and insurance claim painless and stress free. Thank you Ric’s!!!

Body work and repairs look great but it did take longer than they told me it would. They are a very busy shop. I was quoted 11 business days for my repairs and it took 17 days with no communication from them on being behind schedule.

Ok I must have just experienced this place at an off time. I chose Ric’s due to all the great Unilocal reviews. I was able to just walk in for a quote after I was backed into in an AJs parking lot. Dominic was awesome and quickly got my quote together. He notified me that some damage is hidden and that they were currently booked out until May 23^rd but because my back tail lights were out I was looking at a potential moving violation and could squeeze me in sooner. The following week (possibly week and a half to be fair) once I got the insurance squared away I called to schedule and I was transferred to some other guy who was not accommodating or even nice and acted as if I was crazy for even asking to come in before the current booking time of June 13^th! It’s great that they are so busy but I’m not driving my wrecked car for over a month and I don’t need to be talked to as if I am crazy for not wanting to. My insurance guy gave me the info for Brighton Ranch. I called them on Friday, dropped my car off Tuesday and picked it up Thursday… boom! Perfectly repaired and for $ 150 less. Sorry but 3 stars is all I can give here but if you happen to go here ask for Dominic… he gets 5 stars!

I was recently in accident and I just wanted my new vehicle back looking original. I went to Ric’s Body & Paint and they did an excellent job on my 2016 Ford Escape, it looks amazing. They have great customer service, and worked directly with my insurance company, which made the whole experience stress free. Thank you to the entire staff!!!

Car recently got keyed while parked at a movie theatre. Wasn’t initially going to make an insurance claim, but glad I did because Ric’s made it look brand new. Matched the color perfectly. Customer service was great too. Arranged to have me picked up for my rental car and to have the rental car company come get the rental car from Ric’s when I was able to pick up my car. Also called with regular updates on how the process was going and was finished in the time they stated. So grateful I found Ric’s!

Always courteous, efficient. They provided a professional job, with full discussion about what and how much before they went to work. VERY happy.

I just picked up my wife’s car yesterday from the shop and it looked absolutely terrific. I have known the folks at Ric’s for many years as my job in the collision industry gives me knowledge outside of the general public. As things have it we needed a shop and though I know of a great many shops Ric’s was the logical choice for us. They have always had a solid reputation for those in the know about collision work and our experience with them did not disappoint. The service Dominic provided and the quality of the repair were top notch. The entire staff Dean, Adam, Tony and Dominic and their technicians are truly professional and if the need arises for collision repairs I highly recommend Ric’s Body and Paint to take care of your vehicle. They do outstanding work! They will line you up with a rental car from several different rental car companies that are within the immediate vicinity of Ric’s also. They really roll out the red carpet. Front driver side panel and front bumper replacement and now, good as new! Thanks guys. Hopefully I won’t do that again but will definitely go back to Ric’s if need be.

My bumper got dinged (her fault) and Allstate said I could take my car pretty much anywhere to be repaired was going to take it to the BMW dealer but after reading the reviews of Rics online I decided to give the family business a try. Really glad I did friendly, professional, completed before promised and better than I could have asked for repair work. Awesome business that I will recommend to everyone. Way above and beyond. I took my car after an accident to Ric’s since they worked directly with my insurance. Everything was arranged smoothly and the repair was over my expectation. Ric’s shop does not look like a typical auto repair shop, more like a doctor’s office, very neat and professional. They arranged my rental with Enterprise and left the rental car with Ric’s after the repair was done. I wouldn’t take my car repairs anywhere else.

Ric’s body did a great job on our Van! The service and communication were excellent. I would definitely go back in the future! Dean treated me with respect and went the extra mile to deliver our car as promised.

An update to my review for Ric’s Body and Paint:
We have been going to Ric’s for years… and the excellent service has never been compromised. I had my car at Ric’s on Dec.8^th 2015. I was leaving town that Thursday… Ric’s made sure my car was done the same day I brought it in for the repair needed for my rear windshield wiper mechanical unit and new rear window. They did a great job and went out of their way to accommodate my needs.

Recently was in an accident with my brand new truck :(On the recommendation of my insurance agent I had it taken to Ric’s. Right from the start it was different than any other body shop/​mechanic experience I’ve ever had. Dominic was assigned to my case and was always in contact with any changes or updates to the repair. They had it for almost a month, but it was completely worth it! Looked like it never happened!
Everyone couldn’t have been nicer and more pleasant to deal with. Do yourself a favor and bring your car here and let the pro’s take care of it. Thanks to everyone at Ric’s for your stellar service!

Someone him my car while it was parked and I needed to get an estimate and work done fairly quickly. The team at Ric’s replied promptly with an estimate (and emailed it to me) and were happy to walk me through my questions. The car was ready exactly when they said it would be and was priced as I expected. I would happily bring my car back if I need work in the future. The team here is honest and trustworthy — and they do good work; my car looks amazing.

These guys rock! Courteous, friendly, prompt and delivered my car earlier than expected! They took care of arranging for my rental car and the fact that they are pre– approved with Farmers made it even more painless! Thank you Ric’s Body and Paint!

I write very few reviews. But I had some custom work done on my new Corvette Stingray and thought a good review was warranted. Tony and Ric and the crew were super. The work was done to perfection and they even did some extra adjustment work and improvements to some factory flaws.
If you want quality work and great people to deal with, Ric’s is the place.

Absolutely loved my experience, after backing into a non-​threatening PARKED CAR, my husband had me take the SUV to Ric’s. The staff was welcoming and accommodating while giving the quote, and took care of reserving a rental car for me when I dropped it off the following Monday.
The work was done quickly and looks like new. I would absolutely recommend Ric’s Body and Paint, our family will be using them as long as they are in business… but hopefully we won’t have to. #whoops.
