History

Established in 1996.

Richard L Vaugier was Licensed in California as a Residential General Contractor in 1978, Studies in Drafting and Architecture guided the Business into building and designing new homes and eventually into Remodeling and Earthquake rehab. Licensed in 1996 to conduct Business in Arizona, obtained a NARI «Certified Remodeler» Certificate with continuing education, became NARI AZ President in 2000 and earning award winning NARI «Contractor of the Year» projects are the highlights of RLV design & construction up to now.
