History

Established in 2011.

Arizona Energy Savers is a company that had its origin 35 years ago in Western Massachusetts. It started off insulating homes in the late 1970’s and quickly began selling high performance windows and doors. As AES continued to grow, it opened offices in Maryland where it continues today, providing high quality home improvements under the name America’s Energy Savers.

Since 2011 Arizona Energy Savers has served the East Valley as a small family owned business. We are a full service home improvement company with an emphasis on 21st century energy saving products for Arizona homeowners.

We are licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors; bonded and insured. We have an A+ rating with the BBB with zero unresolved complaints. We have referral letters from customers throughout the valley. Had AES install some sunscreens on the east facing windows of my house. Product is high quality and the service was great. Russ gave me an estimate quickly and the technician worked well around my schedule. He even gave me some other energy saving tips and checked out my other windows for leaks. Thanks!

I first learned about AES from the Phoenix Home & Garden Show in April which in general is very overwhelming experience! However, AES really stood out to me because it was clear they knew what they were talking about and I was immediately impressed with their customer service. Since then, they have been out to my home twice to assist me with my alumawood patio covering project. Both appointments were professionally scheduled and they had fantastic follow up confirmation. After the first visit, I received some very detailed drawings of what they could offer me and how my home would look. It was so cool because they were able to take photos of my home and then apply the alumawood to it. It’s very hard for me to visualize things and so to be able to see such detailed drawings really made a huge difference for me in the whole process. I received a few other estimates for the same project and AES had the fairest pricing by far. My project is now underway and I’m looking forward to having shade soon from the hot summer sun! If you want the same — Give AES a call because they are the best in the Valley!

AES installed an Alumawood patio in our backyard via a Home Depot contract. Overall, we are happy with the result, however process of having patio installed was anything but smooth.
Summary of experiences:
— Called and setup initial appointment for measurements
— AES called back a few hours before appointment and canceled due to salesman availability
— Two salesmen were sent for second appointment; AES didn’t tell second person someone was already at our house (second person called asking for directions, had to tell him someone already arrived).
— Total of three people stopped by over 2 – 3 week period to take same patio measurements
— Ordered recessed lights at start of project, were told by electrician several months later recessed lights couldn’t be added due to patio roof type.
— Ordered add-​on electrical work and was told via text message to mail a check for work (no formal invoice sent)
— Had to follow up multiple times to repair drywall from electrical work
— Employees communicate with customers via text message instead of taking the time to call
Overall, wouldn’t recommend AES, as they seem to have quite a few communication/​logistical challenges.

Arizona Energy Savers is a business with excellent communication skills. Their follow-​up is incredible and truly what got them the job with us doing our Alumawood Patio Addition. They were very accommodating of our needs and worked with us on the price so that it was affordable to do the project with our budget. We were very impressed with the installation and we love the Alumawood… They went above and beyond to make sure our project was a success. Prior to choosing them, we had gotten several other quotes and met with other installers, but Arizona Energy Savers truly stood out — We highly recommend them!
