A woman backed into my car and did about $ 1000 worth of damage. My insurance agent recommended Raintree. It only took about 5 minutes to Drop off my car and then I was taken to enterprise rentals around the corner. Adam at Raintree did an awesome job. He went above and beyond the repair. I had a few little areas where the paint chipped off and he covered those too. I got my car back In less than a week.

As good as it gets. Dropped it off, rental car company pickup arranged by them, completed car delivered timely and with a smile, clean, any and all questions asked/​answered. Any additional work needed was handled by them with the insurance company. Would recommend again and again.

The staff here is very courteous and efficient. My car was ready when promised and looked beautiful!

After a Postal truck hit my wife’s 2015 Toyota Tacoma, we needed to get estimates and work done to repair the damage to the rear wheel flare.
I had the utmost pleasure to deal with Faleign Booker as my estimator. She is the embodiment of Customer Service! Wonderful to work with!
Matt took care of the scratches on our vehicle like it was his own truck! Expertly done and very quick!

Raintree had my car for SEVENTY-​TWO DAYS to do 75 hours worth of repairs. They’ll give you a sob story about how the insurance companies take forever, but they are the SLOWEST auto body shop. My insurance company was timely, Raintree knew I had the money and it still took OVER TWO MONTHS for them to complete the repairs (almost two months after the insurance company released the funds). Find another shop, they aren’t worth it.

Having my car hit in a parking lot was awful enough, but the guys at Raintree auto body took such great care of me! My dad recommended me to go there, and I am so glad I did! Matthew was my adjuster/​estimator and he worked with me and my insurance so I didn’t have to worry about any details. Also enterprise was right next door so that was very convenient for my car rental!
I highly recommend going here! Ask for Matt, he was awesome and I would recommend this to any friends or family members!

Raintree Auto Body does great work however the customer service and follow through has a lot of room for improvement. They promise call backs which happen days later.
The way they order parts for rebuilding is not. Rey efficient with parts ordered 2 weeks after having car taken apart.
All in all good experience with some improvements it could be a great experience. Top notch in all other regards.

I recently had the fortunate pleasure of working with the Raintree Auto Body team after an unexpected mall parking lot hit and run. They did an exceptional job in the overall body repairs and perfectly matched the paint on my BMW 650I. I could not have asked for better service, attention to detail and overall customer satisfaction. I would describe my overall experience with Raintree Auto Body to be far better than any other valley auto body shop that my insurance company insisted I go to or that of the typical dealer service. Raintree is a family owned business and has been doing business in the valley for generations. To my surprise I received that neighborhood family service which was very customer centric and customer focused while providing me with top of the line quality repairs. For future unexpected damages or normal wear and tear I will definitely be a repeat customer. Again, thank you Raintree Auto Body Team for staying in touch throughout the process and exceeding my expectations.

Brought in my Chevrolet Tahoe for an estimate on rear door that was out of alignment after my teenage son backed out of garage with door open. The estimator spent 1 – 2 minutes looking at it and concluded that the entire door would need to be replaced plus the front door would need to be repainted to match new door. Cost = $ 2,700.00. Decided to get a second quote at Van’s Auto Body. They determined the hinges would need to be replaced and a small dent repaired. Cost = $ 1,000.00. Insurance involved or not, it’s an enormous difference in cost. Needless to say, my car is being repaired by Van’s.

I can’t say enough good things about Raintree Auto Body. They really did an amazing job. Not only an amazing job on my car, but also where it really counts. .. customer service. Adam communicated with me regularly to give me updates and my car was ready when promised. While I certainly do not wish to have my car involved in an accident, I know where I will be taking it if I ever have damage in the future. Thank you to everyone at Raintree.

This is the best auto body shop. I learned how to deal with my insurance company so that my premium wasn’t affected and still covered. They moved the process faster along because my insurance company was holding us up. Shayne offered great customer service. Hopefully I don’t need them again, but if I do I wouldn’t go any where else!

This was the best body shop I ever dealt with. They are so nice and incredibly efficient. They even finished my repairs early. Usually I get one prediction of how long it will take and see my car agsin weeks later. Here I was told a month and it was about 3 weeks.
Adam was the best. Everyone should use this place.

Well Raintree Auto Body, get ready for your second bad review.
I was in a collision about two months ago. We were referred to Raintree from our lawyer, who may or may not have worked with them before. A few things about Raintree for anyone who might consider working with them:
Our Lawyer told us that someone from Raintree would be contacting us to make an appointment for our car to be repaired. First off, that NEVER happened. When I called Raintree to make the appointment myself, a man answered the phone and could not sound more annoyed to have to be taking a call. I told him I was referred to them by my Lawyer and wanted to get my car in for repairs. His exact reply was «OK». That’s it. I had called at the beginning of November (i think it was like the 2^nd or 3^rd) and when he replied with a very uncaring OK and no other information, I asked if I could bring in my car on the following Wednesday (I called on a Monday). He said «well we don’t have any openings until the 18^th». OK… you could have said that in the beginning but whatever I’ll brush it off. «OK,» i said «Can I schedule an appointment for the 18^th». His reply was «sure». Now, I’m a lady who doesn’t mind a man of few words but when it comes to the service industry I prefer my men to be a little more… informative. Anyway the conversation goes on like this… he said «sure» and then stopped talking. I asked him «OK do you need any of my information?» Keep in mind up to this point he hasn’t asked for my name, how I heard about them, my type of car, what damage was done.nothing. He asked «what kind of car for you have» I told him. «he said, just come in on the morning of the 18^th with the paperwork from your insurance and we will take care of it». I then asked him if he needed my name or anything like that. He sighed (annoyed I can only assume) and took name. I let it go thinking, no big deal some places aren’t very big and may not have a computerized scheduling system or whatever. Moving on…
The Thursday before my Monday appointment I decided to give Raintree a call to confirm my appointment and find out exactly what they needed me to bring with me. The phone was answered by Kara or Keri (I cant remember her name exactly) and was told that she didn’t have me anywhere in her system for an appointment on the 18^th and that they needed to have my paperwork from the insurance before they could get the car taken care of. Now this interaction and this woman is the ONLY reason this company is getting two stars and not one. She was INCREDIBLY helpful and got me all situated so I could keep my «appointment» on the 18^th even though she didn’t have me in her system. She was super helpful and friendly. In the end I was able to bring my car in when I was originally told to and that all worked out.
OK so I dropped my car off on Monday the 18^th and start going over the paperwork. I was told that it should only take about 3 days for my car to be repaired. HAHAHAHAHA three days my butt. It ended up taking 3 weeks, no exaggeration. At first they told me it was because there was more damage then they originally thought and they needed the insurance to come out and reappraise the vehicle. No big deal, I wanted all the damage to be repaired not just some of it so I was patient. I was told they wouldn’t have the car ready until after Thanksgiving. Frustrating, but alright.
Delays happen, I am a reasonable person who is very patient and understanding so I’m not griping about that and as frustrating as delays are it would not be the reason for a bad review in my eyes. What really ticked me off was the total lack of communication from Raintree. I was told that I would only have the rental car paid for by the other insurance for 4 days so when day 4 came and my car wasn’t ready I panicked. I called Raintree and was told they are taking care of it and it shouldn’t be an issue. Which was great, they did take care of it but NO ONE called me to tell me it was going to take longer than the anticipated amount of time to fix my car. Also, the Monday after Thanksgiving I had to call them to find out what was going on with my car, I never received a call saying it would take longer at that time either. When I called that Monday and spoke to Phil (the joke I was working with) who said it wasn’t ready and he will touch base with me on Thursday and the car would, hopefully, be ready by Friday. This Monday morning I had to call them again because, surprise surprise no phone call from Phil the previous week. I called and left two messages and didn’t received a call back until Tuesday saying I could come get my car.
In conclusion, these people are terrible at letting you know what is going on with your car and I also experienced the same thing Scott M did with low fuel in my tank and my mirrors readjusted. I didn’t think much of it until I read his review. I will be placing a complaint directly with the manager.

Amazing customer service and they always kept in touch with me. Oh and to top it all off, my truck was detailed when I got it back! Would definitely recommend to all!
