On-Track provides a full range of educational support services, with the mission of empowering students of all abilities with the skills they need to attain academic success!

* Executive function (ADHD) skills training (how to plan, prioritize, organize, manage time effectively and efficiently)
* The Writing Institute (concrete strategies for improving students’ writing)
* Multisensory reading programs (e.g., Wilson Language Training®, Spalding, Lindamood-Bell®)
* Standardized test prep (high school advanced placement & college entrance exams)
* Academy day school program (K-12 students who have learning differences and/or who otherwise benefit from a small, supportive learning environment)
We serve pre-k, elementary, middle school, high school, & college students; All subjects & levels including special education, honors, advanced placement; and have a team of enthusiastic teaching professionals dedicated to student achievement.
History
Established in 1989.
On-Track Tutoring & Family Support Services was founded as a small, home-based tutoring company excelling in teaching study skills and organization along with academic subjects. On-Track’s current owner & operator Dana Herzberg, M.Ed. purchased the business in 1999. Since that time, On-Track has expanded its individualized, one-on-one services to include a full-range of academic support services.
In addition to academic tutoring, On-Track now offers a variety of strategic learning programs, including multisensory reading and writing programs, ADHD/executive function (skills training, standardized test preparation services, and a specialized private day school.

Business Owner
Dana Herzberg, M.Ed., holds degrees in Special Education and Curriculum and Instruction. Her passion is the foundation of our business! Her story:
«I founded On-Track knowing first-hand the impact that positive, supportive one-on-one instruction can have on a student’s life.
My early school years were filled with struggle & frustration. Then, I received a diagnosis that changed everything — I had learning challenges despite high abilities. The next year, I had an exceptional teacher who understood how I learned, made school fun, and enabled me to love learning. I had several one-on-one tutors who also had a tremendous impact on my academic career. They taught me strategies that enabled me to learn differently — in a way that made sense.
After volunteering with special needs students in high school, I knew I needed to become a special education teacher, to help others overcome their challenges, and to enable others to achieve their potential despite learning differences.»
