History

Established in 2010.

I am a fitness competitor/​model who had enough of walking into nutritional supplement stores and having people who have no idea what proper health and nutrition is try to explain to me and my friends what supplements we should buy. So I decided that after living in LV the last 2 years to return home and open my own store so that people get reasonably priced supplements from someone who is passionate about fitness and nutrition. I carry most major brands as well as some smaller ones that I believe in. If there’s something I don’t carry that you really like I’ll see if I can bring it in for you as well. I am located just inside Independence Gym but you don’t have to be a member to shop here. So feel free to stop by if you want to save money on your supplements, get some advice or maybe even join me for a workout!

I have been a life long athlete that went corporate and started to see myself become unhealthy so I made the choice to commit myself to a fitness competition to force myself to get back in shape so I didn’t embarrass myself on stage. That show led to me realizing that I should be doing something I’m passionate about versus something that paid the bills but hated waking up each day to do. Since then I have done many competitions, been published in fitness magazines and websites around the world and was lucky enough to be cast in many TV shows. But after several years on the road competing, acting and modeling I’m returning home to do the things I love… business, fitness and nutrition!
