We are a Bombshell Nutrition. We are a nutrition club determined to help people get healthy by leading a healthy active life. We do free workouts, free meal planning, and free wellness assessments. Our belief is that being healthy is 80% nutrition and 20% working out, so if you commit to the nutrition, we give you the working out for free. Our goal is to create a community where people feel supported and encouraged to achieve their fitness goals. It doesn’t matter if you want to lose weight, gain weight, or maintain the weight you are at. We have classes and plans for every body type and fitness level. Come in and let us help you gain more energy, look and feel better, and teach you how to live a healthy active lifestyle.

History

Established in 2013.

Bombshell nutrition opened October 26, 2013. Our products are herbalife products. We chose these products because of the 33 year reputation of the company and the great results we both saw on the products. We have 9 other locations throughout the Phoenix area that are all independently owned and operated.

Business Owner

We have 2 owners. Haylee was born and raised in Idaho. She has lived in the Phx area for 2 years. She is also a flight attendant and health coach. The other owner is Abby. Abby was born and raised in North Dakota and has lived in Phoenix for about a year. She is also a photographer. We are 2 Midwest girls that want to bring Midwest values to helping people get healthy.
