Established in 2011.

Northsight Energy Solutions is a locally-​owned and operated family business.

Our business concept came about when owner Steve Tucker analyzed the residential real estate market conditions. With most properties across the United States losing upwards of 40 — 50 percent of their value over the past few years, it was apparent that most property owners would hold on to their real estate assets due to the depreciation of value. Coupled with the ever increasing costs of natural gas, fuel oils and electricity, it was a timely and proactive remedy for saving homeowners money and reducing energy consumption.

Northsight Energy Solutions is Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified in both the Building Analyst Professional and Building Envelope certifications. We only use Licensed Professional Arizona Contractors and we have been involved in the renovation of pre-​existing homes & upgrading energy efficiencies in the Greater Phoenix area since 2001.

Steve is Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified in both the Building Analyst Professional and Building Envelope certifications. He partners only with Licensed Professional Arizona Contractors and he has been involved in the renovation of pre-​existing homes & upgrading energy efficiencies in the Greater Phoenix area since 2001. Steve also holds an active Arizona real estate license.

Northsight Energy Solutions is a Home Performance with Energy Star Contractor. The Home Performance with Energy Star program is governed nationally by the US Department of Energy. The Arizona Home Performance with Energy Star program is sponsored by the US Department of Energy, the Arizona Department of Commerce-​Energy Office, APS, Southwest Gas and SRP. Being a Home Performance with Energy Star Contractor allows Northsight Energy Solutions to offer all the rebates available to homeowners.
