After nearly three decades of firsthand experience in the trucking industry, John W. Moore created JWM Consulting to serve as a truck lawsuit expert witness. He understands how the industry works, and he knows how to find negligence in hiring practices, training standards, vehicle maintenance, automotive repairs and every other aspect of the trucking industry. He is a Certified Director of Safety, he is Certified in Fleet Safety and he holds a commercial driver’s license with additional endorsements.

Moore began providing trucking litigation support and truck lawsuit expert witness services for commercial trucking accidents as well as motor carrier safety consulting before forming JWM Consulting, LLC in 2011.

John W. Moore is a truck accident expert witness and a motor carrier safety consultant with over three decades of experience in the trucking industry. Since 2005, attorneys have called on JWM Consulting, LLC to serve in truck accident lawsuits involving death or serious injury. Moore holds top national certifications for transportation safety management: Certified Director of Safety through the North American Transportation Management Institute (NATMI) and Certified in Fleet Safety at the director level through the Texas Motor Transportation Association (TMTA) and the University of North Texas.
