Ronan & Tagart provides direct specific business advice to small and medium sized businesses regarding entity formation and tax elections, mergers & acquisitions, securities, finance and real estate law, and exit planning, as well as the related areas of estate planning, family partnerships and trusts. We work closely with entrepreneurs and established businesses in organizing, operating, capitalizing their businesses and establishing a long term exit plan. As part of that process we coordinate the business side of a client’s life with the personal side of life assuring protection for the spouse and the kids in the future.

History

Established in 2011.

While Tim Ronan started his practice in 1984 with the Phoenix Office of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, and then opened his own practice in 1993, the current firm of Ronan & Tagart, PLC in Scottsdale was established with his long time associate Yvonne Tagart in 2011 to focus on working with the small and medium sized businesses of Arizona.

Yvonne Tagart graduated from ASU Law School and started practice with Tim Ronan in 2002. She is a partner and also manages the business side of the Firm. She has provided the business services described on this site and also has focused on providing businesses with employment and labor law services, as well as obtaining trademarks and copyrights for businesses. As part of the estate planning side, Yvonne provides services to clients for estate plans, conservatorships and guardianships
