Our team has over 40 years of collective experience in the areas of real estate planning, development, management, customer service and financial record keeping services. Fortuna Asset Management acts as a fiduciary representative to ownership. We provide the real estate owner with an independent, third party, review and management of various service providers affiliated with the property. Service providers traditionally include on-​site managers, leasing agents, accountants, construction managers, contractors, real estate tax consultants, brokers, lenders, legal counsel, appraisers and security companies.

History

Established in 1994.

The current corporate office for Fortuna Asset Management is located in Santa Monica, California, where we manage both commercial and residential properties across southern California, in addition to the properties managed in the Phoenix metro.
