This is the only place we trust with our cars! Brian is by far the most knowledgable mechanic over and above anyone we’ve ever had before, and above all, he’s HONEST! So you never have unwanted work done that most dealerships will charge you for. Been with them for years and will continue for years.

Bell Union is amazing! They always have time to fit my cars in and always give me a loaner vehicle. I can also swap out my propane tank and get gas at the the same time. I would recommend this auto shop to any of my family and friends. The shop doesn’t have much turn around, I always have the same mechanics working on my car too.

I own a catering company, so we have several vehicles that constantly seem to need service for one thing or another. Add to that 2 personal vehicles for my wife and I and car repairs can get quite expensive. Bell Union Auto is as honest as they come! Great service, reasonable prices and honest repairs. The owner at Bell Union Auto Service Sung is the most honest person especially when it comes to repair. Instead of a major fix he was able to give me advise to get my check engine light to go off by replacing the gas cap. Thank you!

I got a synthetic oil change here for about $ 61 dollars for 04 Cadillac. By far the lowest price I have ever paid for synthetic. Ken, the sales manager is professional and was not pushy about the other things wrong with my truck. I will be back in soon.

I brought my 1987 Corvette into this shop after it had spent a few years in a body shop for a full restoration. I had diagnostic issues with a check engine light and Ken the mechanic confirmed the codes I found and fixed my car right the first time. I asked him to do a rear differential service on my car since it had been sitting for years at the previous shop and when I returned to pick up my car he said, «someone at the bodyshop must have already done this service as the fluids are clean and look new». He could have easily have just done the service and I would have never known, Now that’s an honest mechanic. I have met the owner Sung and I must say both Ken and Sung are very knowledgeable. I will be back to this shop. They will be working on my 1966 Cadillac this weekend as they work on both modern and classic cars. I have added this shop to my conacts list!

Bell Union is the most honest mechanical shop I have ever been too. I took my truck to 2 other places, both gave me a different estimate and service recommendation for fixing my transmission. I took it to Sung and Ken and they walked me through every part, fluid and piece so I could understand it. It turns out that it didn’t even need any servicing yet! They saved me from throwing away hundreds of dollars! If you want the truth, go check these guys out!

We have been using Bell Union Auto for both our personal and company vehicles. The Customer Service, pricing and attention to detail has always been perfect.
Our most recent experience was when one of our Maid’s vehicles broke down at our Customer’s home and she was now unable to service our Customers. I quickly called a tow truck and had her vehicle towed to Bell Union Auto for repair. Upon our arrival to the shop there was a FREE Rental Car waiting for her to continue her day while her car was being assessed and repaired. Her car was ready and working by 5:00 p.m.
Sung and his employees are always a treat to work with. Maids To Order recommends Bell Union Auto, we know they will always be there for us!

There is a reason this location is always busy compared to shops in the immediate area… service. Took care in a couple times for simple items and they gave attention to other potential problems without being asked. I also appreciate that their gas is not imported from Persian Gulf. Highly recommend.

I have an older van and they pointed items that should at some point be repaired or replaced. Told me what ones were more important and the ones that could wait. Over the months of oil changes they have gotten my van back it tip top shape. Ken, Sung and the staff are just the best!

Ken and the staff here are the real deal, honest, friendly, and they know what to do to fix it right. I had some check engine light issues and other warnings for service and it was time for maintenance on my Liberty. With 112,000miles, I anticipated the worst but they put everything right and included it all in the usual service rate, a fraction of the cost to visit a dealer.
What I discovered is that they do only what is necessary — no inflated charges — no cashing in at my expense. I’ve tried the «jiffy» coupons and «gruupy» deals only to find they are simply looking to up charge for added unneeded services. Recently moved to Grayhawk and have been looking for an auto service I could really trust. So glad to have found Bell Union!

This place has once again come to my rescue. My car’s tire pressure warning light thingy came on and I started to panic. All the tires looked to be in good shape but I brought the car by the shop today before work just to be safe. The manager guy told some younger guy to check the pressure on all the tires and top them off if necessary. Turns out a few of them were a bit low. The whole process took like 5 minutes and they didn’t charge me anything but I slipped the kid a few bucks as a thank you. Anyway, the light went off and I made it to work safely. I know it was not rocket surgery, but tires, pressure, and air are all mysterious to me so I’m glad this place is there.

My brake light wasn’t lighting up and I stopped by to get a little help. They were quick and helpful and replaced the bulb at no cost. Thanks Bell Union!
