I purchased a Groupon $ 49 for 3 rooms (200 sq ft each). Appointment was scheduled with ease. The technician was on time and was very professional and friendly. I did pay extra for one room to be deodorized to remove a smokey odor ($ 25) and a med/​large red stubborn red stain ($ 20). He did discuss what those additional charges would be prior to beginning service and asked if I would like to proceed.
Overall I was very happy with my customer experience.
I will be using them again. :)

Bought a groupon, 4 rooms for $ 50. If you want a quick water only steam surface clean, than you’ll get that. If you really want your carpets clean, and I mean truly cleaned, than be prepared for up charges. $ 15 for each pet stain, $ 30 per room for spot cleaner, etc. Tech was nice enough, but spent 5 of the 30 minutes here on the phone. I guess I should’ve known, you get what you pay for.

We had Shawn and Wesley come to our home yesterday to clean our «up-​side-​down» Saltillo tile. It was no easy job! They we extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. And did an amazing job! I would recommend them to anyone!

Never Again!!! If it wasn’t for the groupon «gift» I would’ve never ever called this company. I REALLY wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to calling them. Was first told when I first scheduled a time a day that the guy would be here between 12−2pm.nope didn’t even show up until about 330. Started and about 10 min in states he’d be right back because he needed to get materials?!? What carpet cleaning business needs to leave mid session for materials? Oh and he didn’t have a phone on him. He left for about an hour and a half returned and finished the job at 650… I will never use this company again I don’t care if I get a groupon gift totally not worth it at all– I even had to put in more money than what the groupon was worth. BS! Will use a different, more professional company next time!!! They only received 1 star from me because I can’t put no stars…

Shawn and Wesley are a dirty floor’s WORST nightmare. I am crazy about my floors and these guys EXCEEDED my expectations. My floors look AMAZING. I am so impressed with their professionalism and perfection. They stayed until they got the job done and they were detail attentive. They made sure EVERY SINGLE tile was cleaned no matter how many times they had to go over it. Saltillo tile floors are meant to be the highlight of a home. I can proudly show my beautiful floors only because of Shawn and Wesley. I will upload before and after pictures so you can see the magic they did. I wouldn’t trust ANYONE else in the Valley to touch anything in my home. Shawn and Wesley, THANK YOU!!! I am a forever customer of AZ Clean Tech :)

I bought a Groupon for here a year or so ago on two separate occasions for the same apartment.
The first time I took off work early to meet them and after waiting an hour after my appointment window I called and was told I wasn’t on the schedule but they would get out the next day and they did.
A guy came out the next day said they would do their standard cleaning for the Groupon price but had a couple suggestions for upsells, one being a deep cleaning for an additional charge. I agreed to the deep cleaning for a certain area and also asked about cleaning my ultrasuede three seater couch. He quoted me around $ 200 and stated I would have to pay cash since the ticket was already filled out, which seemed fishy to me. I declined that service. I was relatively happy with this visit, though surprised how quick they finished (less than 30 min) and had spent an extra $ 40 over the Groupon, which was fine by me.
The second time, everything with the scheduling was fine, no issues there. The tech though used a different machine than the previous. He used a machine that appeared to be what you would use to clean/​buff tile. There didn’t seem to be any vacuuming or suction of any kind. He did spray the carpeting down first, but it was left more damp than the previous visit, and while it looked clean, any dark spots came back within a couple days. I had also asked about deep cleaning and was told a much different price over the phone than I was in person.
They just seemed shady all around and I would not use this company again.

Great job and technician, was professional yet friendly. Happy with results. We have 3 rental properties and will use AZ Clean Tech in the future for move out cleaning from our tenants.

Don’t waste your time with this company! I found out about this company through Living Social as I bought one of their deals under another company name — MagiClean. I bought the deal and contacted the company to set an appointment for 8 am on Saturday morning. The gentleman I spoke to seemed nice and explained that if there were any extra products needed for the service, the technician would discuss it with me when he arrived.
The day of my appointment, I rearranged and cleared out most of my house in order to get all carpet areas cleaned. 8:30 am — I called the number on the voucher, office closed, voicemail stated AZ Tech so I used Google to find an alternate contact. I called 2 numbers before getting a hold of a gentleman who said the technician should be there between 8−10am, okay so I waited. 10:30am — called again to ask for ETA — no answer. I called 2 more times, no answer, I waited till 2PM and NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! I ended up having to call another company to have my carpets cleaned that day for over $ 300.
I called Living Social to inform them of my horrid experience with this company and their unprofessionalism. Apparently, the owner stated he would call me to make it right, I have never received a call! I guess you get what you pay for.

One star because the tech was super kind and prompt.
Called multiple carpet cleaning companies to find a portable unit for my condo. Hired Magiclean due to this feature, and explained to him why this was necessary. It was not a problem as far as scheduling went. When the tech arrived, he was not given directions as far as my unit number was concerned, and dispatch did not send him out with a portable machine.
Due to time sensitivity to closing out my lease, this negligence set me back in time this morning and lost $ 250 of my security deposit for failure to have the carpets cleaned.

Late on arrival 9 – 12 meant 2pm. Also the professional wasn’t one my spouse trusted to be at the house. Not a good groupon. Sofa isn’t any better.

I have used this company more than once and make a point to use them for all carpet, furniture, and grout cleaning. They have always been on time, done great quality work, and at an affordable price. Try them once and you’ll see what I mean. A very reliable upstanding service provider.

I purchased a Groupon earlier this year, which expired in August, for upholstery cleaning. I called Az Clean Tech, and asked them to clean my large sofa, loveseat and office chair. They called and came out earlier than the appointment, and cleaned everything I requested, and also even cleaned the upholstery in my car upon request! They did a beautiful job. I had some coffee and food stains on the old office chair — they were able to get rid of them, and my 12-​year-​old couches look brand new. My car upholstery is now spotless — it had stains on the seats and floorboards from spilled soda and fake tanning solution (my fault for not putting down a towel), and they cleaned all of it to perfection! The owner, Abraham, discounted the cost for the Groupon I purchased, and everything else was done at a reasonable rate. Everything looks and smells great! I will definitely use them again for any upholstery or carpet cleaning needs.

AZ Clean Tech came to dot Saltillo tile and carpet today and the techs were Alejandro and Toby… What am amazing team!!! They did an awesome job, everything looks amazing and they were so careful with details!!! Thanks to Abraham the owner… April Kyle

Careful! Their Groupon is misleading. Otherwise, you get what you pay for: A decent job.
I needed carpets cleaned before moving out of my old house. Saw the Groupon, Unilocal Reviews, and jumped on it:
$ 69 dollars for *five* rooms of carpet cleaning, up to 200 square feet per room ($ 129 list price)
I called them to schedule and the nice guy on the other line walked me through the process. I mentioned the Groupon and explained that I had five rooms, but one was particularly larger — maybe the size of two rooms. He said that would be OK and they would most likely bill as two rooms. He quoted about $ 100 which was great in comparison to how much I spent at my previous *smaller* house.
Unfortunately, I was not there for the cleaning. My roommate was. The cleaners told him that with the heavy carpet stains through trafficked areas, it would cost a total of $ 164. Even with the Groupon, which knocked it down to $ 95, we still paid $ 164 overall. Uhh, wait… Groupon logic flag! Wasn’t the $ 69 dollar Groupon supposed to cover at least 5 rooms already? For all intents and purposes, we basically paid for a $ 69 dollar credit to be applied towards the final bill.
Receipt breakdown:
Carpet Cleaning (4 bedrooms): $ 84
RX-​20 Rotary Extractor (4 bedrooms): $ 80
Subtotal: $ 164
Groupon: -$ 69
Total: $ 95
Also, we misplaced the receipt, so I called AZ Clean Tech the next day to get a copy. I was told that they couldn’t run my credit card. I gave them a different one, only to later find two holds on the previous card (they eventually went away). After a couple of days of asking and being assured I’d get a copy that never arrived in email or at the house, I finally recovered the original.
Conclusion: These guys are punctual, flexible with their schedule and do a great cleaning job. They do NOT know how to properly follow through with their advertising promises, namely Groupon. It seems like they’re a smaller business, so I can sympathize with the issues on the administrative end. Though, it’s still no excuse to fumble with the billing. If you go with them, be ready to combat some extra charges once they arrive, though the prices compare with other carpet cleaning services.

I bought a LivingSocial deal for this company that was $ 49 for 3 hallways and 4 rooms. The house I lived in was 3 bedrooms and no hallways so I figured that the deal might work or that I’d have to pay just a little bit more, which I was totally okay with.
First off, let’s talk about how they no-​showed me not once, but TWICE. They were supposed to come at 2pm on Friday to clean my carpets. 2:30 rolls around and no one is there, I call to see what’s going on. The guy is like «No, we have you scheduled for 2 pm on Saturday». FALSE but I wasn’t in the mood to fight. So I told them they’d have to come later since the cleaning company was coming at 2 on Saturday. He says okay, they’ll come around 4 or 5. Come Saturday, yet again. No one shows. I call and he says he’ll call me right back. No call. I didn’t get a call until 7:45 on Sunday morning. 7:45 on Sunday!!! Are you kidding me. He wakes me up to say they can get the carpets done at 12. Fine. Just get it done. I want this nightmare over with since I’m not even living at that house anymore.
The techs were nice and that’s the only reason they’re getting 2 stars. I ended up having to pay an additional $ 60 since my living room counted for 2 rooms making a total of 6 rooms for the house. Whatever, just get this shit over with. I paid $ 49 for 4 rooms up to 220 square feet. The entire house is 1600 sq ft — I paid for 1320 sq ft. plus 3 hallways. So I’m not sure why I ended up paying an additional $ 60. Probably just another bait and switch where they lure you in with a great deal and then upcharge you up the butt to compensate for the deep discount. Rude.
I’m glad my new place doesn’t have any carpet in it so I won’t have to deal with these people again.

The carpets look amazing. He did a very good job. We paid more than we should have. All together it ended up being over $ 150 for three fairly small rooms. And he waa here for only about 45 minutes. I didn’t know we had to get a pretreatment put down first.

Purchased a Deal of the Day Voucher for air duct cleaning. AZ Clean Tech is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. Not only did they not show up for 4 continuously re-​scheduled appointments, but the owner was unprofessional and rude. They never confirmed appointments and never called to notify me that they would not show up to the set appointment.
The first appointment, which was set for 2pm — 4pm, was cancelled because the technicians vehicle broke down (understandable). The second appointment, which was also set for 2pm — 4pm, was cancelled at 5pm because the technicians were running too late and couldn’t make it before dark (Ray, the technician was very nice and apologetic). The third appointment, which was set again for 2pm — 4pm — no one showed up, no one called. My husband called at 4pm to see if the technicians were running behind and the owner said that we were not listed in his appointments for the day. So I re-​scheduled for the following weekend at 8am (their first appointment of the day). 10am rolls around, no call and no show. My husband called at 11am to see if the technicians were on their way. The owner said that one of his technicians had fallen down some stairs and the technician on duty would not be able to get to our house until 4pm (Gee… thanks for letting us know ahead of time). My husband said that 4pm wouldn’t work for us and said, «this is the fourth time we have had to re-​schedule with you and it’s getting pretty ridiculous». The owner was rude and accused my husband of exaggerating the number of times we re-​scheduled saying in a condescending tone, «Really? Has it really been 4 times? Come on.» At that point, we were furious! My husband told the owner that we didn’t want to re-​schedule and that we wanted a refund.
No refund yet.

After a minor scheduling error where AZ Clean Tech missed our appointment (slightly frustrating), Abraham called and apologized and came out the next morning to take care of me.
He and the technician did a great job of reviewing the cleaning needed, provided low pressure recommendations for additional services and performed a very professional job in a timely manner.
I will be contacting them again when it’s time to do my tile cleaning!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Check Unilocal for AZ CLEAN TECH. They’ve changed their name to mask bad reviews!
I bought a cleaning package on Amazon Local which was for a 4 room cleaning. Plain and simple. When they arrived, they immediately told me I needed to buy a $ 40 upgrade to get a deeper clean but was also told my carpets are in good condition and the maintenence clean would be okay as well (my carpets are only 1 year old and have no stains). When we came back home after the cleaning, the carpets stunk of old dirty water as if they used the water from a previous job to clean MY carpets!
When we called to see what could be done, they said the reason they stink is because we didn’t opt for the upgraded cleaning. So they basically sabotage your carpets if you don’t pay more. AWESOME!
I hope these 1 star ratings make their business stink as much as my carpets do.

Abraham came over the day after I called and resteamed my carpets. He was super friendly about the situation and told me to call him whenever I needed. Very happy.
