Apple I Store

I’ve been trying to spend my money in this store for years. I need a new hard drive for my Mac and I walked in to this empty store on Saturday. In the 5 or so times I’ve been here, I have yet to see another customer, yet they are always booked solid for repairs. When I tried to schedule a specific time to drop off my computer they told me they don’t do it that way, they operate on a «triage» system meaning leave it now and get bumped if anything they deem «more important» comes in. If I want a hard drive it’s 3 to 5 days without my computer, period. When I said I can’t go 5 days without a computer the pretty blonde gal behind the counter smiled and said «Yeah, everybody says that.» Duh. I almost apologized for bothering them as I left. I wonder how this place really earns it’s money.

This I Store was really a big surprise for us. We didn’t know such a place existed until we stumbled upon it in Northsight looking for a restaurant. The employees all seem knowledgeable and helpful; of course there is very little wiggle room when it comes to the prices Apple fixes. That said we like the place and will come back.
