Teresa Dabir is passionate about helping men and women over 45 transform themselves through fitness and is dedicated to providing exceptional training to each and every client. Her extensive knowledge and experience allow her to individualize a fitness program for each client. Teresa focuses on the three aspects of a balanced exercise régime: cardiovascular, strength training, and flexibility. Injury prevention is one of Teresa’s highest priorities. Through close attention to proper form and execution her clients learn how to perform exercises safely and effectively to achieve optimal results. Teresa specializes in strength training, toning, nutrition, weight loss, balance and fall prevention along with pre and post-​operative support or injury recovery to aid with further rehabilitation.

History

Established in 2003.

Teresa began fitness training in 2003 when she owned and operated a women’s only gym. In 2006, she moved her business to Scotts Valley and changed her focus to one-​on-​one personal training. She is certified as a personal trainer with ACE, America’s authority on fitness education and research. Teresa is also certified as an AASDN Nutrition Specialist working with clients on weight management, weight loss, managing diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol. She continues her education focusing on the aging body with exercise, rehabilitation and nutrition.
